Well for South Korea it's different. Large part of Seoul is under the range ow NK howitzers. Unstoppable large caliber shells will cause a lot of damage before the NK artillery could be destroyed. This is actually the only real threat by NK. A very serious threat from a South Korea point of view.
Just think about what an U.S ATACMS rockets and our MLRS system would do to the North Koreans. There is no mystery about the capability of U.S. and South Korean weaponry .

while i would not like to stand in front of a round from one of these i would even less like to be near one when the counter battery starts by the time the third round is being loaded into a gun most will have been destroyed so 2 rounds and dead that is what the koksan is good for and a lot will not get 2.
