  • Great exercise for some additional shoulder and core stability with a horizontal pull. Set up in a 3 point row, feet square or staggered. Sit back, and place your unloaded forearm on a stable surface, palm down, elbow under your shoulder. Push into this support arm as you pull with the long loaded arm.
