I was in a pawn shop that was basically a weapon room. It literally looked like a museum with glass showcases, mirrored walls and marble floors. It was fascinating.
@@GeeDeeDee literally have had loaded weapons pointed at me with intent to kill me. Still a 2a supporter. I've been choked out before, but I don't support a ban on forearms.
Our house has a room just like that, hidden behind a single in wall bookshelf, we used it for excess storage...I'm just now getting into guns, and after watching this video, I think it's time for a little remodeling.
Nice setup. I made one in my walk in closet. Still have small short closet in the front then enter from the back of that one. I'd move from that state even if i had to live in a tent. To bad the city's politics dictates the rest of your beautiful state. I have just walked in the house after shooting a 120 round 556 box from my back porch. I must remember to not ever take that for granted. From NC.
Soft floors. Whatever your bench is, the greatest issues I’ve had is with dropping stuff. Soft foam flooring has saved me way more money than it has ever cost.
I know.... My family and my wife's family are for NY. We made a decision to raise our kids close to family. For the kids, it was the right decision. If it was not for the crazy liberal city politics, central NY would be great. Other than NYC most of NY is quite conservative. For business, wow, it's brutal here. We are working to bring all manufacturing to the US. (currently the model 52 and Fast Box are made in China). We should have US manufacturing established next year. It is unfortunate for the good conservative people in central NY that we will not be manufacturing in NYS.
Yep I was thinking the same thing. Between the taxes and the gun laws I'm surprised any gun-affiliated businesses stay. But moving is a hard thing when you love your state but hate the politics. We have the same situation in WA where everything is run by whack jobs in Seattle. It also doesn't help that people fleeing OR and CA move here and still vote for the same people and policies that they were fleeing from in the first place. On a side note I do like what SecurIt has done here particularly with the hidden door. But I would be concerned on how secure that door is. Hiding it is great but I would make things as difficult as possible to get in. Tips on how to reinforce existing standard residential walls and such would be great.
So because you dont like over reaching government policy... your decision is to intentionally try to hurt residents local economy? Thats just a ridiculous statement.
There was some trim work that was not completed when we shot the video. - We did not want to wait..... The gap at the top is not visible once the final trim pieces were installed.

So based off of the prices on the website, just the wall panels for a room of this size would probably be around $10K, right? I know you guys don’t have the convenience that economy of scale brings, but the product is extremely expensive.
Yes you can. The Answer safes have mount holes in the bottom. Mounting to a wall would require drilling holes in the back. There is room to do that and many have.
I love this and you guys are awesome. However as I go forward with my gun room I simply can't support a company that in the end pays taxes to a state like New York. I will explore other options.
Bruce thank you for taking time to comment. I have always said that to be truly effective a system must be affordable. We are always looking for ways to be more cost effective but we will never compromise on quality of design, materials or manufacturing.

Has anyone asked the law makers in your state if their security can purchase the Ar-15 for defensive purposes? Also ask them if the number of deaths by guns has decreased any after passing that piece of legislation? Most of it is just feel good legislation that only penalizes the law abiding citizen. By definition, a criminal is one who DOESN'T follow the law! Regardless, you don''t see them passing legislation banning vehicles which causes more deaths per year than guns....
Right. I WISH I was a security guard for one of those politicians. I would show up the next day and say "hey guys.. i'm not carrying my gun because the laws they passed and I don't care if we are exempt from it" seriously. I would love to see the face of the person i'm suppose to protect. Like could you imagine someone like "John Kerry's" security saying "sir the liberal politician banned AR's and that's what I use to carry under this jacket.. I now have no weapons on me to protect you" Security needs to start doing that. OR security for banks. Say "I can't carry my new Glock gen 5 because they only allow pre bans now" the law would change if politicians couldn't be protected with the same guns they love to ban.
The wall panels are 14GA steel and coated with a proprietary powder coat that does not mar or scratch when components and brackets are moved around. As you can see in the image above, I have a .50 M2HB hanging on the wall with just 2 brackets. The panels are very strong.

I have great respect for gun owners that live in heavily regulated states. They pay a heavy price to exercise their rights!

3 words! A-MER-ICA!
The 2nd Amendment. Also "military grade weapons" is a fallacy. All weapons are military grade weapons.
A hidden room should be hidden. You can easily see that beautiful shelf is trying to hide a secret room. Not good
This room is gonna be the *death* both literally, mentally and figuratively of an anti-gun sjw. I approve it. Great set up 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻
This was too hot, I'm definitely gonna take a shower
I was with them till they said to plane down a laminate workbench surface. Huh?
It's solid wood laminated together, like butcher block, not thin kitchen laminate.
Laminate wood... ie marine-grade plywood. And I think they mean with a belt sander, not a traditional hand plane which would obviously rip and chip.
Replicas are nice to look at... sorta. You guys should buy some real guns.
