Adamantium did come from space. It’s made from the celestials. The huge robot looking giants in space from the eternals movie. That’s what adamantium is and that’s why it’s so deadly and can cut anything.
Striker's son is the kid that can project images into other people's heads, as seen in X-Men 2. He's the one that has the mis-matched color eyes and is in a wheelchair. They somehow (I think it was brain juices?) made the chemical drops that you see used on Magneto's neck.
Deadpool having cancer is comic accurate. Wolverine blocking the laser with his claws is also accurate, has done it with Cyclops and Iron Man for team up situations
yeah, before all the silly origins comic and the death of stuff from the 2000s Wolvie was so arad and had some mystery to him. before all the x-stuff happened to Wolvie he would always go back home to where he felt at peace with his OG American fam and team back in Native lands where he was going to spend his life with Silverfox. thats why his belt buckle a lot of the time back then was a Native war chief.
They had a couple different end credits scenes, depending on which version the theater got. The more common one was showing the Deadpool head smiling,, think his body picked it up.... And the other was Logan at a bar, the bartender asks if he is drinking to forget,he says he is drinking to remember
Alright here I go. The time Captain America and Wolverine teamed up in a cartoon is the X Men animated series made in the 90s . Stryker and Sabertooth are NOT related in any way in the comics. I noticed your confusion when Stryker is mentioning his son. His son is seen in the second X Men movie. He was also in a wheelchair and his ability was to make illusions. In the comics it’s common for Wolverine to block energy blasts with his claws. In theory the claws should work on Blob as adamantium is sharp down to the molecular level. Even the Silver Surfer can be cut by adamantium. In the comics Sabretooth and Wolverine are not brothers. They are more like cousins. And yes Wolverine has the most tragic life of any hero I know of. When Zero said how good people always die around Wolverine, in the comics it’s a sad truth. And this movie is widely despised. The Fox movies take so many liberties and twist so much that it’s easier to think of the Fox movies as an alternate reality. Personally I think that as much as the Fox movies get wrong , at least they are still fun and do try to capture the essence of the characters unlike the MCU after Endgame. Hope you caught all that. I am a big Marvel fan. Ask if you want more information.
I remember seeing the leaked version where the CGI was in it's infancy in development, and that version of the CGI of the unflinished product looked better than the final product. I watched it in theaters when it was released, boy I felt imbarassed for the CGI Animators and I was going to Community College for CG Animation. lol This version of Gambit was pretty good, but his powers was really tamed which I didn't like. Channing Tatum's as Gambit, when announced in Comic Con the year Deadpool 1 trailor was out, made me skeptical. But when he played him with his powers the way they should've been Shown was just top notch and can't wait to see Channing's Gambit with the MCU Mutants. :D
Jane, I am on week 6 or 7 (I've lost count), and my cough is not completely gone either. I didn't get a Covid test. My voice is still not back. That’s been gone for a month. Sounds like the same thing you had, but you recovered much faster.
Missy Silverfox and Emma Frost are not the same person. They have one power in common but Emma is also a powerful telepath and and really really old --- She knew Queen Victoria and the Hellfire club.
Jane and jv , in Louisiana there basically 3 different types of cultures. Creole is mainly black and mixed black people Cajun is white then you have French and French who came from Canada. Creole and canjun cultures are more similar than each other knows
As an american from nebraska I have a small amount of jealousy for Canadians cuz y'all seem much more peaceful, not so judge-mental of other people, and you don't have to choose between an annoying orange and a cackling hyena for a leader.😂😂 You two are some of the most wholesome people to watch react and just wanted to show y'all some love from middle america🤟🏽 also as a kid i never noticed how bad the cgi was I was only 9 years old watching this and thought it was the coolest thing ever lmao
As an action film, it's not THAT bad, and as an origin for the FCXU, it's passable, but it does take liberty with the characters, and the CGI claws were jarringly awful. I don't know why DP got Cyclops powers. The saber-claws made no sense at all. By making him such an overpowered being, they made it really difficult for him to ever be reused in the future, though apparently, he didn't die. In Deadpool 2, you can see him cutting cutting bullets in half, when Cable is after him.
Technically Howlett is his mother’s married name. Son of Elizabeth Howlett, (married to John Howlett), through her affair with their gardener, Thomas Logan. So, his legal birth name is James Howlett, because he was assumed to be the son of John Howlett, but his real father was Thomas Logan.
1:17 to 5:20 Bro just keep quiet and let the person who has not seen the movie react to it. We don't want to hear your narration when you already know what's gonna happen.
This is Fox’s bs attempt at trying to bring in the X-Force. Sabretooth, Deadpool and Wolverine are in that group in comics. Nightcrawler was too and they added Laura(X-23) into the program too. I recently just realized that I saw Laura in the 2000s X-men show. That was the first time the character showed up and she became more popular. P.s. I still love this movie 😂. Liev’s sabretooth is top tier.
from the behind the scenes, Ryan Reynolds says this version of deadpool is when he first finds out about his cancer and before he goes looking for a cure, he becomes a mercenary to try and find someone who can cure him til he runs into Stryker who tells him that joining the Weapon X program will cure him also which is why he looks normal and not burnt or oxygen deprived because this is before his intense medical procedure. So really the only difference is that instead of joining this team, in the 2015 Deadpool film, he instead goes his own ways to finding a cure which of course retconned this whole story of him In Xmen Origins
He was born "James Howlett" but soon discovered that he's real father was Thomas Logan. There are several conflicting 'stories' on how he got his nickname. 1) It was given to him by Rose O'Hara when they were on the run and wanted to conceal their idenities. 2) During the American Civil war Victor and James got referred to as 'the Logan boys' in deference to Jame's real father (Victor had an infamous past and favoured the designation - in the comics Logan and Victor are not related.) Aquaintances often refer to people by their surnames before getting more familiar. As James doesn't often get close enough to people for first names, Logan just kind of stuck. 3) As the USA was late getting into WWI Victor and James were 'recruited' into a Canadian Scottish Brigade, and when they found how many options for Tartan there were for Logan --- they went with it.
The actor who plays Gambit (sorry I don't remember his name) plays also John Carter, and the actress who plays Kayla also plays the Princess of Mars in John Carter's movie. A beautiful couple too. The actor who plays Gambit has a perfect French accent when he says French words. I am French and I understand really well. I don't understand Channing Tatum when he says French words in Deadpool and Wolverine because he has a Cajun accent, not a French accent. This is different, this is funny.
Alot of Americans tend to think of Canada as friendly but boring to live there. And that we are basically close cousins. Not sure how true the boring part is, I've only ever been to the Canadian side of the border for Niagra Falls. I think because people just see lots of wilderness and forests, they assume there is not much to do. That said I've never seen Americans say anything bad about Canada really. Though there are a few rare people who do indeed think people in Canada are not educated. Not sure where they get that from.
Wolverines legal name is James Howlett. But that was the last name of who he thought was his father. The groundskeeper that his mother had an affair with. His last name is Logan. So basically James goes by his actual father's real last name. And the movie is correct that was the origin story. And Wolverines real name. James. James Logan. As for Deadpool 😠 I'm still angry about it. Although the mid credits sequence in Deadpool 2. Which IS CANON. Took a little of the sting out of it. They ruined him badly. They didn't do the Blob much better. Gambit wasn't horrible but wasn't right either. And story changes like Logan being experimented on at Long Island?! 🤨. At a nuclear power plant?! What!? 🤨🙄. Instead of the dam at alkali lake. Why? There was no reason to change that. The sad part is the movie isn't bad. It's shot well. Good musical score. And the acting was well done within the severe limits and restrictions put on the actors by the script. And I'm assuming Fox meddling. Up until the end scenes it wasn't bad. The character and story meddling however was soo atrocious it literally ruins the movie. It has the chance to be a better than average Fox super hero movie. If it had just not messed with the story and characters. Especially of course Deadpool being the worst of it. Thankfully Ryan fixed it and even used it to just sew it into canon as just another alternate timeline. And killed it on top of it 😂👍👍.
@Parallax-3D My bad. You're correct. Although I was wrong anyway. The experiment to create Weapon X/Wolverine was at the Alkali lake facility in this movie. The end of the movie was a different facility. Although they never show anything but the inside of the Alkali facility. So it's easy to get confused that it isn't the same place. Why I don't get. Alkali would've made more sense since it was Striker's main facility. They did it on purpose so the facility could be destroyed by destroying the dam the facility was built into. Another in plain site at a nuclear facility is the opposite of the idea they were going for by hiding the programs in the first place. The end fight could've been done almost exactly the same on top of the dam. Although you couldn't destroy it because it needs to be there in the future for X-Men 2. So I kinda get it but it makes it confusing. And I'm not familiar with the east coast areas at all. I know where major cities are. And the names of both those nuclear plants. But not exactly which is which 🤷🏼♂️
Weapon X, is Weapon 10.. the 10th Weapon created that started with Weapon 1, aka Capt. America. X23, is the 23rd attempt at cloning Weapon X (Wolverine). The 22 other clones were all male and for some reason that didn't work, but when they tried a female version it took and thats how we got Laura. Deadpool's healing factor came as a result of Weaspon X trying to replicate Wolverine's healing factor. Deadpool's healing factor comes to him thanks to Wolverine's healing factor. It's all connected.
Also, Americans don’t think Canadians are “that”😂. We love ya’ll. Canada has Mike Myers, Jim Carrey, Michael j fox, Ryan Reynolds, Seth rogen. Ya’ll even have Neo and Anakin😂😂!
I don't hate this movie, but I don't love it either. I enjoyed Wolverines back story, I also enjoyed Gambit. I also loved seeing a team up bad mutants. And despite how awful Deadpool was in this, I do kinda like what they did with giving him many powers. Again, awful version, but interesting idea. The deaging for Charles wasn't to bad at the time. But the claws, they were awful. Some other things like Wolv chopping up the ladder or jumping across to a helicopter, they weren't to bad, just a bit cheesy. I think if they had removed Deadpool from the movie and made some up "big bad multi powered" mutant, it would have been a bit better. But using a crap version Deadpool drew the most hate.
If I'm not mistaken Logan and Steve Rogers both fought in the war together
You are referring to the X Men animation series in the 90s
You saw that in the X Men animation in the 90s
You saw that in the X Men the animated series in the 90s.
X Men the animated series, made in the 90s.
You are referring to the X Men the animated series made in the 90s.
sabretooth has nothing to do with Stryker only in these movie
Adamantium did come from space. It’s made from the celestials. The huge robot looking giants in space from the eternals movie. That’s what adamantium is and that’s why it’s so deadly and can cut anything.

Gambet is one of my fav mutants. He can turn literally anything into a weapon with his power. Playing cards, a chain, nuts and bolts
Deadpool having cancer is comic accurate.
Wolverine blocking the laser with his claws is also accurate, has done it with Cyclops and Iron Man for team up situations
In some iterations, Adamantium is made from mixing Vibranium and steel together. It was discovered after doing experiments with Vibranium.
If you notice in Deadpool 1, Francis (Ajax), threatens to sew Wade’s “pretty little mouth shut” if he doesn’t shut up.
yeah, before all the silly origins comic and the death of stuff from the 2000s Wolvie was so arad and had some mystery to him. before all the x-stuff happened to Wolvie he would always go back home to where he felt at peace with his OG American fam and team back in Native lands where he was going to spend his life with Silverfox. thats why his belt buckle a lot of the time back then was a Native war chief.

"Stryker puts it in him to make it hard?"
I mean, if he's into that sort of thing.
I love Hugh Jackman 💛💛💛
Fun fact Liev Schreiber and Hugh Jackman played Descendants in Kate and Leopold back in 2001.
Also Troye Sivan plays young Logan in the beginning.
Justin’s survival skills are top notch!! “Don’t just stay there!!”😂😂😂😂
5:50 I've never hear Stryker described that way but I'm stealing it.
grew up w this movie i really enjoy it for what it’s worth 🎉
There was gonna be a magneto origins but since this bombed so hard it was scrapped😂
Vibranium came from the sky and adamantium came from the body of a dead celestial
Hey guys!! I’m a new subscriber! Love your content! ❤
In end credit seen, show deadpool is alive. You miss this..😅😅

13:43 lol he has a English accent, Manchester, though he was born in berlin

The Japanese woman wolverine fell in love with in the wolverine wasn't in X2 , X2 storyline happened before The wolverine storyline
Feel better soon!!
Missy Silverfox and Emma Frost are not the same person. They have one power in common but Emma is also a powerful telepath and and really really old --- She knew Queen Victoria and the Hellfire club.
Deadpool was the least of this movie's problems. This was just an awful origin story for the great character of Wolverine.
Jane and jv , in Louisiana there basically 3 different types of cultures. Creole is mainly black and mixed black people Cajun is white then you have French and French who came from Canada. Creole and canjun cultures are more similar than each other knows
You didn't see Deadpool's part in the second aftercredit
they did apparently they didn't mention any of it in this vid...
With peace also comes softness, just be glad you don't gotta deal with the Canadian government cause they're worse than America with freedom of speech
It's definitely one of the best versions we've seen, and it's also amazing with its Wolverine story.
“At least they took it outside “ 😂
As an action film, it's not THAT bad, and as an origin for the FCXU, it's passable, but it does take liberty with the characters, and the CGI claws were jarringly awful. Please do more reactions to more X-Men
Americans and Canadians are Not ok with eachother.... yall are just our hat!
James Logan Howlett the Wolverine is his name
Technically Howlett is his mother’s married name. Son of Elizabeth Howlett, (married to John Howlett), through her affair with their gardener, Thomas Logan.
So, his legal birth name is James Howlett, because he was assumed to be the son of John Howlett, but his real father was Thomas Logan.
Youknowhowlongivebeenwaitingforthis
The best part of this movie was the opening montage
his son isnt wade lol
37:55 “imma bout to make a name for myself” gets stuck in my head like a nickel back song too😂
I'm American people don't think Canadians are dumb, stupid or whatever you wanna say... Americans love canadians... Some might think they're too nice
This is my all time favorite X-men movie the others I didn’t follow but this one hits 👌🏾
I love how you guys made me realize the explosion scenes in movies 😂 and how they are not effected by them
1:17 to 5:20 Bro just keep quiet and let the person who has not seen the movie react to it. We don't want to hear your narration when you already know what's gonna happen.
Jane makes a double entendre.
Justin looks at the camera like Jim from The Office.
Classic...
Please also watch John Carter :)

That's not X-Force, that's Team X. People always confuse those.
Bravo.

Captain America is weapon 1. The first in the series. Wolverine is number 10, hence the X.

Best part of the reaction: Jane swooning over Taylor Kitsch every time he appeared on screen lol.
Yes Jane, he does get really hard...
Will these guys ever react to The Green Mile? I find it kinda criminal how they haven't yet.
really dont get why its unrealistic that he can block with his claws!? and lets just jump on the band wagon that this deadpool sucks!
other than that love the reaction haha
tengo reconocer las relaciones entre hermanos es difícil por eso esta película me gusta mucho por yo tampoco no le caigo bien mi hermano y el a mi
You guys should watch Hacksaw Ridge starring Andrew Garfield
Lmao why wait till after you've seen deadpool and wolverine, to go back and watch the movies that came out before? It's a little too late for that now

Not Long Island. Three Mile Island, in Harrisburg, PA.

So she's finally understanding why Deadpool went back in time and shot Wade in this movie... Hell, he emptied the gun into him.... 😂😂😂😂
The movie is good. But not as good as the video game counterpart
Yay❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊❤
I've really enjoyed your Marvel reactions ❤. This one is a favorite. I Love the cast.

To me iron man was better than this movie to be honest
Wolverine cut off sabertooth's head and he died but if they put his head back it would heal and he'll come back to life
Jv this wolverine is wolverine from all of the x-men movies and the bones from Deadpool and the wolverine
Also, Americans don’t think Canadians are “that”😂. We love ya’ll. Canada has Mike Myers, Jim Carrey, Michael j fox, Ryan Reynolds, Seth rogen. Ya’ll even have Neo and Anakin😂😂!
You probably know by now but Gambit is Taylor Kitsch
Def should react to X -Men first generation its so epic !!!
I don't hate this movie, but I don't love it either. I enjoyed Wolverines back story, I also enjoyed Gambit. I also loved seeing a team up bad mutants. Obviously not much is comic accraute in this aside from some VERY basics, like Wolverine getting the upgrade. Blob (and Gambit) were accurate in terms of what they looked like mostly. I think if they had removed Deadpool from the movie and made some up "big bad multi powered" mutant, it would have been a bit better. But using a crap version Deadpool drew the most hate.
You guys gotta watch The Wild Robot😊
The only great Wolverine movie. The other ones suck especially Logan and I am not kidding or trolling I am 100 percent serious.
Even The Wolverine is far superior than this crap.
If you think Logan sucks then ur in the vocal minority 🤣
In the comics kayla is evil . Jv the reason why she-hulk sucked because they didn't do the comic version
This movie's a callback to cheesy 80s action films.
It's definitely not a movie that gets better with repeated watching.
