They really lost out on a great opportunity to use a great character, but this is what we got… it’s always been said the X-Men franchises walked so the Avengers could run.
And for those that don’t know, Channing Tatum tried for years to get Gambit going, even to speaking classes to get the accent down because he wanted to play the character… but… naturally the studio drama has slowed it to a stop.

Wolverine has super acute senses of sight, hearing, and smell. They mostly focus on the sense of smell. In the comics, he tracks down a dude who wronged him, on the same day of each year and cuts off a body part of his. The guy trys everything to hide from Wolverine, but he finds him every year, on the same day. As for running, Wolverine has peak athletic speed. But because of his regenerative capabilities, he can run full out for hours. It's said he can fight full force for 24hrs straight before starting to get tired.
Yeah but adamantium eventually starts poisoning him and weakens his healing ability over time, so he gets old in Logan movie. I believe without the adamantium he would have live for another 200 years without aging a bit!
P.S. This movie was sent to theaters in 3 different prints across the globe, each one with a different single end credits scene. The two most common ones people came across were Stryker walking until he bleeds, or Wade's head waking up. The third scene sees Logan in a Japanese bar where he's "drinking to remember", the Japanese setting being a tease for future movie plans. The only way to have seen all three would have been to see the movie three times in the right theaters.
37:28 "They took his mouth away? WHY?" This is the question that anyone who knows the character of Deadpool was asking. Thank god Ryan Reynolds got the opportunity to right the wrongs of this movie.
@@5stardave It was a pretty dumb creative decision. Lets put deadpool in the movie but remove the entire thing that makes him deadpool. He's supposed to be the merc with a mouth.
@@diamondem It makes perfect sense in the context of the movie. And it's pretty clear it wasn't intended to last considering he has his mouth in the post-credits scene. It also helps explain why wade would be utterly insane with them poking around his brain and how he'd be able to teleport like in the comics.

Wolverine is actually quite heavy because of the adamantium coating his bones. He has adapted to carrying the extra weight and that's why he has low level superhuman strength, comparable to that of a supersoldier.
As I’m sure you’ve heard, this movie is usually considered one of the worst Wolverine movies because it’s so far from actual canon for his origin story. This was during the Fox era and they couldn’t use many of the marvel characters that they didn’t own rights to. It was also long suspected that Victor (Sabertooth) and Wolverine were brothers or father and son, but later canon goes much more in depth to this and it’s not what everyone always thinks. They really messed up the Deadpool character, and you should totally watch all of the after credits (make sure it’s all of them) for Deadpool 2. Hugh Jackman was 100% dedicated to this role. In the commentary after of the first Trilogy, Hugh talks about not knowing anything about Wolverine. When they cast him one of the conditions was that he had to read every Wolverine comic written (they provided them). They also said that if he screwed this up, he would probably NEVER get another role in an American movie because of how loved the character is. Hugh said after he read the comic books he would have done the next 2 movies for free (they did pay him) because the character was that cool. Hugh Jackman NEVER stopped his diet and workout regiment and was usually easily within movie role fitness for almost 20 years. It was taxing him a lot, and that was one of the reasons that he didn’t think he could continue to uphold the fitness for the role and do it justice. Ryan Reynolds had been asking him for years to come back, and so with the continuity possibilities after Disney became involved (also problems), Hugh agreed to do another. Victor calls him Jimmy because it’s a nickname for James, a.k.a. James Howlett. Nobody else had been alive during that time period and they usually ended up going by aliases, like Logan. You were dressed 100% appropriately. I love that you enjoy these movies and are digging in.
You have met Victor before. His mutant name is Sabretooth, and you've seen him in Xmen 1, in the snow forest scene where he attacks logan and rogue. Yes that hairy white bearded guy partnered with magneto.
@@reactswithjax DIfferent actors combined with rather loose continuity does that. Wolverine forgot, but why would Sabretooth? Answer: the original X-Men film wasn't written with this in mind. As all over the place as this film is, the orgins of wolverine is somewhat accurate to the comic (the eventual origin story of him) and that him and Sabretooth have a history, including serving together in a strikeforce and becoming enemies.
I do love how you pickup on little details in the MCU movies. Since there are years separating the release of these films, many of us have watched these many times over, and little details have a chance to be caught. You catch many of these on your first viewing, which separates you other reactors i watch. I sometimes feel weird telling people I like movie reaction videos, but neither my wife nor kids like the MCU, so it kind of feels like I am watching movies with a friend.
It makes me so happy to know you feel like you're watching a movie with a friend! It's fun to catch the little overlaps and details from the MCU, even if they are unintentional. ❤️
In the early X-Men comics, Stan Lee described the eye beams of Cyclops as generating force, but not heat. So he can knock someone back but not burn them. The extra dimension stuff must have come later. (There was a back-up feature in the early X-Men comics that explained all of their powers)
Yeah, they came to say it came from another dimension for the very reason that they generate force. That amount of force would equal kick back, knocking his head back each time. Saying they come from another dimension means that the exerting force would be in the other dimension, and thus no kick back in his head.
Cyclops possesses the mutant ability to project a powerful beam of concussive, ruby-colored force from his eyes. Cyclops' powers come from ambient energies, such as solar radiation, photons, and cosmic rays, absorbed and metabolized by his body into concussive blasts that are released from his eyes. Cyclops' mind has a particular psionic field that is attuned to the forces that maintain the apertures that have taken the place of his eyes. Because his mind's psionic field envelops his body, it automatically shunts the other-dimensional particles back into their point of origin when they collide with his body. Thus, his body is protected from the effects of the particles and even the thin membrane of his eyelids is sufficient to block the emission of energy. The synthetic ruby quartz crystal used to fashion the lenses of his eyeglasses and visor is resonant to his mind's psionic field and is similarly protected.
The extra dimension stuff is from the 1983 Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe, which is technically official but not treated as canon. Writers are actually prohibited from mentioning it. It's just the most commonly known origin because it's a meme (he shoots punches from "punch dimension"). The comics usually say he absorbs energy from all different sort of sources, like the above's comment first paragraph.
@@passionsquietrage It's not even a retcon. It's from one Marvel handbook that isn't canon. Writers are actually disallowed from mentioning the punch dimension. It's a meme that people who haven't read the comics repeat as if it's a fact.
So several thing to point out coming out of this one, Jax- -Victor is actually Sabretooth, yet Logan and Sabretooth were never brothers in the comics -Take everything you learned about Deadpool here...and wipe it from your mind completely. A lot of people who watch this movie who aren't familiar with the comics assume this to be an accurate Deadpool origin and that it ties into his future movie. This couldn't be further from the truth. The "Deadpool" we got here is a complete abomination of who Deadpool really is. Ryan Reynolds hated this adaptation so much that HE'S the one who eventually had the 2016 Deadpool movie greenlit so that the Wade Wilson character could be done justice. So when you eventually get to the Deadpool movie, it's basically a reboot of the character. -This movie, "Wolverine: Origins", was intended to be the first in a series of many "Origin" titled X-Men movies where we'd have movies dedicated to the origin story of several different X-Men characters. "X-Men Origins: Magneto" was going to be the one to follow this movie but because Wolverine's movie wasn't nearly as successful as the studio would have liked, the plan for all these future Origin movies was dropped and we instead got X-Men: First Class next.
@@passionsquietrage it is. they call him Deadpool in this movie. “I needed your weapon for the pool. A mutant killer, Deadpool.” What’s funny is that while not comic book accurate, this origin story for his name makes more logical sense than in the comics. In the comics his name comes from a Dead Poll that the prisoners in the facility had on which one of them would die on any given day. So his name shouldn’t have been Deadpool, it should be Deadpoll. Here his gene POOL is filled with the DNA of DEAD mutants.

Wolverine couldn't have been played by a better actor, Jackman did such a good job in every movie he played the character. Hugh Jackman is also the longest serving actor to play a Marvel Hero (I think). He played Wolverine for 17 years (soon to be 23 years), but DC decided they wanted that title as a whole by bringing Keaton back as Batman after about 34 years. Been a fan of Marvel all my life but I never knew that about Cyclops, you've taught me something new today, so thank you😂 Love your reactions, keep it up👍
Keaton doesn't count lol. Hugh Jackman still holds the title because he never took a significant amount of time off. Keaton didn't play batman for over 30 years. Doesn't count when there's that much time in between.
The whole portal to a different dimension is a goofy thing they just came up with recently. For the last 50 or so years, they were energy beams that came out of his eyes and nothing more.
They made it coming from another dimension because it was pointed out that with the power of the blasts as shown, the kickback would have at the very least knocked him off his feet everytime, if it didn't snap his neck. Personally I don't think it's a problem to have some scientific inconsistencies in comic books, especially when it comes to super powers.
Remy LeBeau (Gambit) was a favorite character for me as a kid, he can turn ordinary energy from objects into kinetic energy then use that energy as a force to expel at will. He done it to his playing cards the most because the smaller the object, the faster he could charge up or convert the energy. He used the kinetic energy to advance his speed, Bo staff, strength and fighting abilities also like you seen him climb the wall. He is also Rogues Husband in the comics.
Maybe it's the Mandela effect, but I remember another post credit scene with Wolverine in a bar and the waiter asked if he was drinking to forget. Wolverine said that he was drinking to remember and that broke my heart
Nope, you are correct. There were different post credit scenes one of which showed Logan in a bar in Japan as you describe. Different theatres got different endings. I never saw the surviving Wade one and I think I got the better deal.
Miss Jax, you don’t want wolverine’s claws. Cuz every time they come out, you’re basically giving yourself 6 insane paper cuts between your fingers With Victor’s claws, you basically just have cat claws, and it won’t hurt
Though the fact that it hurts him so much I think is good because it means he has to be REALLY pissed or otherwise have a good reason to bring out the claws and theoretically would be less prone to casual violence....but this is Logan we're talking about so I'm not sure if that holds much water.
Sabertooth/Victor is one of the only antagonists that regularly beats Wolverine 1 on 1 in the comics. They gave him a bad rap in the first X men movies.
The original X-Men movies simply puts that only human males carry the x-gene (mutant gene/evolution gene) and pass it on regardless if they are human or mutant. Wolverine and Sabertooth have the same father but the father was not a mutant himself. Both brothers were blessed with hyper accelerated healing which allowed them to live hundreds of years without aging or die of mortal wounds. Individually, one had the ability to gain bone claws, the other nails like a tiger. They also had the agility and primal insticts like their respective animal counterparts to a degree as well as being empathetic to the animal kingdom.
Gambit can convert potential engery to kenetic engery. He can basically charge things and make them explosives. He uses cards alot since he always has a deck. He's a gambler and has a hipnotic charm to him that makes people agree with him.
The version of Gambit/his voice from "X-Men: The Animated Series" will always be my favorite, but then I'm partial because I watched that show growing up.
I love “X-Men Origins Wolverine” as it’s one of my favorite X-Men movies alongside “X-Men Last Stand” and “X-Men: Days of Future Past”. I love Logan aka ‘Wolverine’s’ origin story as it’s great. The opening sequence is amazing. The other characters are great as well including John, Wade, Zero, Gambit, Fred, Stryker, Kayla etc. Wolverine is one my favorite superhero’s definitely top 3 as I love how he keeps fighting against injustice/negativity and how he has seen so much and lost so much that it even makes him wiser as his life goes on. Looking forward to see you react to more of these X-Men movies. Hugh Jackman is just great as Wolverine. Loved your reaction, stay healthy, enjoy life and have a great one.
Tbf Jax i think the adorable old couple’s son was already pushing up daisies before the parents bit the bullet, hence why his wardrobe was up for grabs
Some people just have to think it’s cool to be the funny one with inside jokes and tidbits but they don’t realize how rude it is to drop spoilers when someone is intentionally going through experience of the films.
Gambit's powers is kinetic energy. He can store kinetic energy in anything he touches and it basically turns it into a grenade. So he keeps a deck of cards as his ammo.
One curious fact from this movie, it's about the son of the farmers. Has a theory that he's passed on Vietnam's. And it's a reason to Logan receive his objects, motorcycle and a chair on the dinner.
By the way, a lot of people hated that they made wolverine and sabertooth brothers. I actually liked it! It made the deep hatred between each other make more sense.
30:05 Yes and no. This film was the first attempt to adapt Deadpool to theaters, but it failed miserably, and actor Ryan Reynolds fought until the end to have a new chance to play the correct version of Deadpool, and fortunately he got what he wanted. But it's good that you watched this movie, it will make sense when you watch the Deadpool movies. And I recommend you watch the extended version of Deadpool 2.
Actually, he didn't. The Proof of Concept film was rejected by the studio. However, the footage "accidentally" got put online and the feedback was so positive the studio changed their mind, even though they still didn't believe in Deadpool and the film got a lower budget then asked for.
@@ThisIsMyFullName Well, anyway the film was released, so yes he got what he wanted. If it wasn't for him leaking the footage on the internet he wouldn't have made it.
Sabertooth and Logan aren't brothers in the comics, but this is an interesting spin on their relationship... Emma Frost and Silverfox also aren't related...
@@havok6280 There was a point where he was rumored to be, but I guess it was confirmed that they were just two dudes who were both in the Weapon X program and had healing abilities.
I never realized that was supposed to be Emma Frost, because her going to the Xavier school as a child makes no sense based on Marvel history, and Emma got her diamond form later in life anyway. I figured with the Canadian tie ins that it would be a young Diamond Lil.
This one is not as terrible as everyone says. If you wanna see Hugh Jackman go full dad-mode watch Prisoners from 2013. Great thriller and great performances by everyone especially Jackman.
I have seen this movie *way* more times than *so* many better movies, but heck, fun to watch is fun to watch. This whole movie had gotten leaked online weeks before it's release. Though it had some unfinished VFX, it was mostly finished and looked rather bad to most people, especially compared to the X-Men movies that came out even years earlier. Then the movie came out, looked much the same anyway, but bad word of mouth was already abound. Plus, many people had already watched the leaked version, so it cost the studio a bunch of money at the box office (even if the reviews would have been the same).
The only drawbacks of this movie were: -Weapon XI (Deadpool) -Wolverine's cartoonish CGI claws -Extra X-Men characters which were not needed in the movie, like Cyclops, Gambit, etc. Except that, I think this movie was pretty good. It's ridiculously over hated.
It's so adorable to watch her reaction when she doesn't have the baggage we had back in 2009. No leaked footage, crappy VFX from the leaked footage, or Deadpool's comic knowledge. To her it's a fun popcorn movie while most of us think it's bad or the very most a guilty pleasure.😅
@@passionsquietrage Don't be a smarty pants. You know that was Deadpool with extra powers. I didn't watch the leak footage but I knew about it from friends.
@@Ricardodiaz17762 Except it isn't. Stryker called him Weapon 11 in the movie and the word Deadpool was used as description not a name. Also, that was what apparently what Deadpool originally looked like before being turned into the one we know.
Great reaction as always, Jax. This movie is not very comic book accurate. Its continuity doesn't even track with the Fox Xmen franchise. That being said, I can still kinda find something that i enjoy from all of these movies. Liev Schreiber is an incredible actor. Even though they aren't necessarily comic book accurate, I'd rather a great actor play the role. Ryan Reynolds was trying for many years to get the Deadpool character in a movie. Unfortunately, this is what he got. He was really upset about how they portrayed him. Thank heavens he was able portray Deadpool the way he wanted eventually. Also, Wolverines is Canadian and his birth name in the comics is James Howlett. His alias is Logan.
Dear Jax: Back in the 1800's an estate the size of John Howlett's would require a significant staff to run it. Instead of being surprised at how quickly they started 'hunting' James and Victor, you should rather be surprised at how slowly the household reacted to Thomas Logan's 'invasion'. Now the household weren't exactly 'hunting' James they were trying to rescue him which is what household servants would do if the Master's child ran off into the night. And another point Victor is a rather savage child -- the result of being raised by a man like Thomas Logan. BUT Victor doesn't hate John Howlett. RATHER Victor really likes John Howlett (John Howlett once gave 'Victor' one of Jame's many Christmas presents when he found out Victor didn't get any) is even a little jealous of John and Jame's relationship (that's jealous in a good way). Now, the movie version here is a much condensed version of the comic book. The character of Victor Creed is actually an amalgamation of two characters in the comics (Doge Logan and Victor Creed) but maybe you don't have to worry about that to enjoy this movie. I just mention it in case somebody else does and confuses you.
This was the first version of Deadpool, his natural abilities are the use of swords but Striker gave him abilities from other mutants, such as cyclops lightning, John's teleportation and Logan's healing power
I‘m so happy you liked the movie too :) It‘s my „guilty pleasure“ movie I guess. It‘s not really liked by most people (mainly because of how they portrayed Wade/Deadpool) but I love the montage in the beginning, the origin, the old couple, Gambit, Agent Zero and and and. I just can‘r help but love it ❤
If I remember correctly, Wolverine was more than just an X-Men and Avenger, I think he's one of the 2 people in Marvel who's been a part of almost EVERY team? Like the Fantastic Four, Defenders, Alpha Flight, X-Force, and I think Guardians of the Galaxy? The other character who's been in a lot of teams was Spider-Man 😊
Just about right. So many teams period in the Marvel universe. Even teams of Mutant heroes are like a sub-league. It'll take even longer to see them all on film.
You're not suppose to know this. You are suppose to be morally neutral when it comes to being a soldier --- its part of the Xmen philosophy and moral conflict of the whole series. Now historically Canadian recruits in the civil war were divided. Those from the Anglisized West joined the Union but the Francaphone east went to the Confederation. So (conceivably) you are suppose to be morally conflicted about the whole thing.
lol Gambits mutant power is explosive kinetic energy transfer...sadly this garbage movie didnt show it off too well and its one of the reasons why xmen fans hate this movie basically he can touch any object and turn it into a grenade or something with a bit more boom depending on how big it is his specialty is playing cards because hes a gambler hence the name Gambit
Love the 'Canadian' shirt Jax! Part of me was thinking it might be good to skip this one, as has already been said the Deadpool you see here is NOT the proper Deadpool, you'll see the real Mr Pool with his proper origin story soon enough. "Just bury the bodies, no one needs to know" ROTFLMAO!🤣🤣🤣 On the subject of Easter Eggs, simple answer is that there are almost no MCU Easter eggs in the X-Men universe due to the fact that at the time the X-Universe was being produced by Fox, a completely different studio. Gambit's Superpower: Can charge any object with Kinetic Energy, effectively turning it into a bomb, the larger the object, the longer it takes to charge but the bigger the explosion, Gambit likes to use playing cards because he likes to play cards but they're also small and nondescript. A lot of the other stuff Gambit does in this movie is not in the original comics. "He got so bulked up for this." Would you like a napkin?😜 Oh and FYI, the proper Deadpool movie is R rated for a reason, it may not be Lamby appropriate. 😋

James Howlett is the real name of wolverine, or at least his birth name, since he is inmortal he changes his name to Logan. Beacuse is weird an inmortal person you know, love you reaction ❤
The name "Logan" comes from Thomas Logan, aka Wolverine's biological father, the man he killed first time he popped his claws at the beginning of the movie.
His brother here is Sabretooth, which we saw a version of him in the first X-Men movie, the mutant with the long hair that was working for Magneto. Also fun fact: in the comics Wolverine fought alongside Captain America in WW2
You should check out the graphic novel "Origin". The movie messed up one major point. Hugh Jackman should have played the groundskeeper. Logan is actually his son.
This Deadpool is wrong he wasn't even meant to be in un this. However the studio made a call saying hey if you don't use him here you'll never use him again. They fucked it up but don't worry when you reach the Deadpool movies it'll be fixed
Yes, Logan is the tenth super soldier. The Weapon X program evolved from Operation Rebirth which is the experiment that created Captain America. I think Hulk is considered one of the ten experiments involving gamma rays.
Wolverine (Logan) and Sabretooth (Victor Creed): Rapid healing, bone claws, animal rapport, enhanced senses, decelerated aging, enhanced physical condition. Agent Zero: Enhanced physical condition, high coordination. Deadpool (Wade Wilson): Superhuman physical condition, regenerative healing. Bradley (Bolt): Technopathy (the power to control technology with ones own mind). Fred Dukes (The Blob; villain, canonical member of the Brotherhood of Mutants): Superhuman strength, nigh-invulnerability. John Wraith (Kestrel): Teleportation. Kayla Silverfox: Tactohypnosis (the power to influence other minds via physical touch). Scott Summers (Cyclops): Concussive optic blast energy. Emma Frost (White Queen) Telepathy, diamond mimicry. Remy LeBeau (Gambit): Kinetic energy propulsion. Does this help? 😉❌🧬
'The Drugs' In case you don't know, Canada has two officle languages: English and French. In French every noun is preceded by an Article (a, an, the, thee -- un, une, le les) So instead of saying "I like to eat Apples and Bananas." A French speaker would say "I like to eat the Apples and the Bananas." In certain places and individuals in Canada this french trait has mixed with the English language. The water fall and associated lake is a place in British Columbia called "Alkalie Lake." (Look it up on Google Earth). 12:54 in the comics, she’s Native American. That’s where her name comes from, and Sabretooth killing her wasn’t staged- it was specifically chosen to be Wolverine’s birthday that he’d do the act as well; and worse, it was implied that wasn’t all he did to her. Since then, he made a habit of paying Logan a visit every birthday to either beat the snot out of him or cause more grief, he even has a timer on. But as soon as that timer goes off and Logan’s birthday is over, interestingly, he backs off.

Wolverine is actually quite heavy because of the adamantium coating his bones. He has adapted to carrying the extra weight and that's why he has low level superhuman strength, comparable to that of a supersoldier.
I don't think he has low superhuman strength, I'm pretty sure he can beat Captain America very easily.
It's so strange to think of Victor as the same character we saw in the X-Men film.
@@reactswithjax Yeah, that's why you'll see in the deadpool movies how he breaks the 4th wall and roasts the xmen timeline..

It's a stupid retcon imo. They should have just stuck with the beams of energy and said that he's able to withstand the kick back.
Gambit can charge objects with energy and make them explode. He just likes playing cards.
He also dates Rogue in the comics.
That makes so much more sense! I thought his powers were playing card specific. 😂
So several thing to point out coming out of this one, Jax-
-Victor is actually Sabretooth, yet Logan and Sabretooth were never brothers in the comics
-Take everything you learned about Deadpool here...and wipe it from your mind completely.
It's not actually Deadpool at all, it's Weapon 11. They just named him Wade Wilson but it wasn't the real one.
@@passionsquietrage it is. they call him Deadpool in this movie. “I needed your weapon for the pool. A mutant killer, Deadpool.”
What’s funny is that while not comic book accurate, this origin story for his name makes more logical sense than in the comics.

Been a fan of Marvel all my life but I never knew that about Cyclops, you've taught me something new today, so thank you😂

Watchmen is one of my favorite comic book movie.
Technically DC had Adam West playing Batman in 66 and reprising him last in the animated Batman vs. Two Face in 2017. 51 years.
Keaton doesn't count lol. Hugh Jackman still holds the title because he never took a significant amount of time off. Keaton didn't play batman for over 30 years. Doesn't count when there's that much time in between.

Seventeen years is a long time! I've been told the Cyclops punch dimension has been retconned. 😂
I've said it before in past X-Men movie reactions, but the continuity of these movies are all over the place.
You see where they attempt, fail a bit, then kinda get it right.

The only drawbacks of this movie were:
-Weapon XI (Deadpool)

Also, Wolverines is Canadian and his birth name in the comics is James Howlett. His alias is Logan.
Thank you so much! Even though the continuity is off, I still thought it was a fun movie.
@@reactswithjax Definitely, fun. I'm glad you watched it.
Dear Jax:
Back in the 1800's an estate the size of John Howlett's would require a significant staff to run it.
I just mention it in case somebody else does and confuses you.
also the 'Jimmy' reference since Logan's real name being James - Logan coming from his natural father's last name
This movie was received so poorly, that the scheduled followup, Origins: Magneto, was scrapped entirely and rewritten into *First Class*

This movie was a dud. The Wolverine was better and Logan…well, need I say more? Someone tell Jax to bring a big box of tissues
This was a great movie the only real wrong thing they did was deadpool at the end
Wolverine (Logan) and Sabretooth (Victor Creed): Rapid healing, bone claws, animal rapport, enhanced senses, decelerated aging, enhanced physical condition.
Agent Zero: Enhanced physical condition, high coordination.
Deadpool (Wade Wilson): Superhuman physical condition, regenerative healing.
Bradley (Bolt): Technopathy (the power to control technology with ones own mind).
Fred Dukes (The Blob; villain, canonical member of the Brotherhood of Mutants): Superhuman strength, nigh-invulnerability.
John Wraith (Kestrel): Teleportation.
Kayla Silverfox: Tactohypnosis (the power to influence other minds via physical touch).
Scott Summers (Cyclops): Concussive optic blast energy.
Emma Frost (White Queen) Telepathy, diamond mimicry.
Remy LeBeau (Gambit): Kinetic energy propulsion.
Does this help? 😉❌🧬
In the Civil War, Wolverine/Logan clearly fought for the *left* side. He is always seen on the left and facing right.
Another fun time with Jax.
Special shout out to you for the Attorney Woo reference. Love that show.
I'm so glad you liked this!! Attorney Woo is awesome!! I'm in the middle of the show right now on Patreon and am loving it. ❤️
Now the current Lake is not an Alkalie lake but there is fossilized evidence of an Alkalie Lake (from the Jurrasic period) near the top of the water fall. Hense the name.
As far as I know the damn is still in one piece and functional. (Its not as big as in the movie)
"The Drugs" makes more sense now!
Going on top of the cooling tower was actually a good tactical decision, not just for dramatic effect. With deadpools teleportation, he could attack from any direction, on top of the tower, it lowers the attack direction to 2
4:19 Did anyone else laugh at her reaction?
You! 😅😂
I am genuinely happy for people who like this movie who have never read the comics or know very little about these characters.
I just rewatched this movie today, and I had the exact same reaction to Victor dragging his claws along the hood of the car
Hi Jax. Congratulations on hitting 70K subscribers! This is a testament to how awesome your channel is, and what a special reactor you are. And I’ll be here for when you hit 100K (which shouldn’t be too long from now).
So glad you’re enjoying the X-Men journey so far. This was another fantastic reaction and commentary by you, but I think I’m really looking forward to watching your reaction to the next movie in the series, and one of my favorites…X-Men First Class.
FYI…you questioned why Wolverine goes by both Jimmy and Logan in the movie. James Howlett is his birth name. His companion (Rose in the comics, Kayla in this movie) calls him Logan (which is the last name of his real father) to protect his identity when they flee back to Canada to seek refuge.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I'm so happy you enjoyed this and can't wait to shame my reaction to X-Men First Class with you. It will be so fun to bring a new cast into the mix. That makes so much more sense that Logan is a fake name.
This may be the most enjoyable reaction I've seen to this film and I've watched many. The edits were funny and on-point, commentary raising interesting questions, and a delightful personality. Loving your content.
Wow! Thank you so much! I really appreciate you saying that and watching my content. ❤️
I love the old "Kent" couple. They are so sweet and really reminds me of Ma and Pa Kent from the original Superman.
18:59 the growl u made 😂
