I was having a lot of trouble with the mounting of the radio and almost took it to a local company. My wife looked at me and said "I wonder if the bracket is upside down. The trim piece that goes around everything would not mate up. I took the radio out of the bracket and looked for a 'top' or 'bottom' but there is none, you are right there is a right and left but from what vantage point? I guess now, from the front. But no harm done to the bracket and now things fit a lot better. DUH!

Cant get the steering wheel control to work. Tried with key1(sw) and key2(sw2) neither is working. Any ideas on what to do? Need help! Mine is a 2011 gmc acadia.

Mine is 2013 , so it could be a little different setup? Im gonna research and see if I can come up with something.
