    Tip: You can turn your loops ON and OFF by clicking the "Saved Loop" Pad on the RANE ONE. Each pad becomes a trigger for any saved loops!

      @ DJ liftOFF, thank you immensely! Also, I believe if you can and or, are willing to put together, "an understanding SERATO series," I believe that type of info for your viewers could be beneficial just like when you did the Serato settings vid.

    Great flight! I definitely can use these techniques. These tutorials are amazing to me and the hands-on explanation makes it so much easier to practice with the same music and try to duplicate what you did. Thanks again 👍🏿👍🏿

    For hip hop tracks, what I'll do is beat jump 16 beats back from the beginning of the track, I can time the echo or filter of the outgoing track perfectly.

    Does Serato not have the Loop layer under Hotcues on the Rane One? (Shift+Hotcue selector)
    One of the things(Flip also) i miss about Serato is you can use all of your regular Hotcues as pre set loops doing that.

    • @DJLiftOFF
      @DJLiftOFF  2 роки тому +1

      Thanks for pointing this out!! I pinned the saved loop feature after seeing your comment.

    When you are at a gig as a professional DJ how do you handle song requests can you give me tips and steps of handling that

    • @DJLiftOFF
      @DJLiftOFF  2 роки тому

      I will definitely make a full video on that! Whenever you DO accept requests, make sure you fit them in to the flow of the night and never let feel bad for not playing it right away, or not playing it at all.
      Some requests just can’t be played at all too because they don’t mesh well.

    It would’ve been better to learn by using hip hop. The songs u used were not really a challenge . Hip hop is challenging to mix with no intro/end. These songs u used are too easy for me. But u are a great teacher

    • @DJLiftOFF
      @DJLiftOFF  2 роки тому +1

      Appreciate you!
      I hear you 100% - drop some songs that you think would be challenging and I’ll put something together!

    92-104 ???!?!?!?!?!

    • @DJLiftOFF
      @DJLiftOFF  2 роки тому +1

      Ahah I’m assuming you’re referring to the speed of one of the tracks?

    • @Cnspeace777
      @Cnspeace777 2 роки тому

      @@DJLiftOFF yep. keep the sound natural, that's a long stretch. Imagine you play the song for the artist to perform to. They would have to spit at the speed of light to keep pace. Works the same way with dancers/listeners. They are familiar with their favorite songs and know the difference between a song on the radio/download at 92 being played at 104. I don't sync but I pitch mix and keep it around a +3 at most.
