    My next step:
    1) Bookmark the video
    2) Note all the points down in a place of reference
    3) Go through these points over and over again
    4) Try to implement these points in day to day life
    5) Go to the next set of videos in Case Interview.
Does this sound like a good approach in this preparation into the consulting world?

Hey! Greetings from Brazil! For me, the next step envolves assimilating all the video content and separating the skills I already have from the ones I need to invest more time. Also I have to look deeper inside the MECE technique and apply everything I learned so far from your videos to some practice cases I have before the interview

Thank you for the amazing video. Next step i see here is getting into the details of how I can imbibe each and every habit mentioned here. And for me you develop a habit by doing things over and over again so that they start coming naturally to you. I would be very excited if I get into insights of generating these habits through these videos.

    Hi Kim, great video
So, some points in my mind to do after watching this video
    1) Take a note of the points mentioned and then think of its application in present situations
    2) Delve into MECE and make a sense of the concept
    3) Hope to ask more questions to solidify my understanding
    4) Will seek to analyse the consulting culture in a bit more detail
    5) Lastly am looking to work in this field

I like this video because it extrapolates what I naturally do - putting myself in others' positions - and helped me to better understand a culture that is foreign to me (and in which I believe I would succeed).
    Next steps:
    (1) Continue to be myself;
    (2) Stay calm and collected during case interviews; and
    (3) Re-watch some MConsulting Prep videos to keep the tactics fresh.

    1. Subscribe to different consulting sharing channels. (Offered by different former consultants from different firms)
    2. Learn more about overall consulting work, cultures, pros and cons.
    3. Learn more about each firm culture.
    4. Deciding which firms are the most suitable for me based on which channels of former consultants provided with the most insight and comfortability.

The data I would use is:
    1. All data of applicants who received and did not receive an offer.
    2. A indicator of whether each individual is a subscriber or not.
    3. All other data that may affect someone receiving an offer.
From there I would use a regression analysis program to find how being subscribed to MConsulting Prep affects receiving an offer or not.

I took notes. I will need to work through this list again tomorrow, and the day after... I will need to learn more, and I will need to recapture the focus which was to prepare for a case interview by continue watching this series.
I will also need to consult with my friend who has gone through this process, and get some ideas of what he did. But before doing that, I should continue my own research and thinking. Waiting for a list of good questions. Bringing that to the table for a more fruitful conversation.

No.10 - To support the claim, facts from HR on case interviews conducted and offers submitted would be a good start. It would be really helpful if pre-interview forms included a question about previous preparation, and this data was collected correctly over a good period of time. You could also do primary interview research with a grading scale on relevant criteria.
IS your claim true? If so, how do you know?
No.15 - My next steps are to watch the rest of your videos and brush up on my case interview arithmetic. Thursday is a case interview workshop on campus, and about a week after that I go through the grinder!
Thank you for your efforts Mr. Tran, you're the man.

Tip - you sometimes use terms without defining them (though you may have done so previously). Ex: PD, MECE. Note: you can state the meaning briefly in passing and say that it will be explained at greater length elsewhere (like MECE). Even a well-known term like 80/20 should not be stated without defining it in relation to the specific application that you are speaking about (time/resource allocation in the consulting industry). Thanks!

For me, it would be to watch this video over and over until I understand it completely and start noting the traits.
I can go even deeper by searching each traits and how to apply them in the consulting world.
After doing my recherche, I should try these traits in persons but should not force it to come out but let it come out naturally since in the consulting world, I need to let these traits come out naturally.
I also need to polish my social and leadership skills.
You need to make a video about what are the vital skills we need to prepare ourselves to enter the consulting world ahead of others in detail. You did mention one of them, which is managing time and resources.

You would need 3 pieces of data to prove that your sibscribers get more offers.
    1. What percentage of people perscribed get offers
    2. What percentage of non-subscribers get offers
    3. Contol data that account for other variables between the two groups.
Those pieces of data would prove your hypothesis
The next step for me is to contemplate how I can demonstrate these traits during recruiting and interviews.
Your next step is to analyze how effect this video is as a marketing tool for your more expansive products.

    MY next step:
    1) what exactly is MECE?
    2) understand which among those skills is naturally you?
    3) work on the rest of those skills ensuring you get naturally accustomed to it rather than just to show off?
    4) being a business development manager, understand what all other skills would be powerful for me to get into consulting.
    5) jotting down those 15 skillsets working on them and perfecting them one by one
    5) get a MBA degree, given my above average bachelors degree in automotive engineering.
    6) During that learning practicing testing analysing on how to get into consulting and just do it!
I'm very new to this. But I see myself being a consultant, it's challenging, regardless of the results, I believe these skills are extremely necessary.
And a small message to all, in order to maintain work life balance (I don't know if there's such a thing btw) ensure you're being yourself both at work or out of work, otherwise it could be depressing.
All the best to all, thanks for the great video.

Anyway, thank you for this video, I hope that the next time I'll comment, I will be a consultant already 💪

Evaluate myself and know how my performance rank on all 15 traits.
Create a structured, easy to understand and execute, plan to learn and improve all 15 points continually.
    Start executing these action plans.
I have a question concerning time and resources managment: In my journey to improve my time efficiency I have tried recording every activity I do and the time spent doing it, writing my plans and alligning my actions to fit these plan perfectly, and many other strategies but they don't seem to produce the desired result. For example, when I write my plan beforehand, a new yet important commitment comes up and I have to invest my time in it. Please, can you share your method(s) to maximise your time efficiency and also the challenges you originally faced when you started using this method and the solution you found?
