Top 3 all time for me and a signature scent that turned many heads. I recently bought it again for nostalgic purposes and the new juice doesn’t smell the same to me at all. The vintage Fierce was an absolute banger.
I’ve owned exactly 3 bottles of Fierce since 2005, purchased ~5 year apart. It has changed each time (notes and performance: value keeps going down). However, it is still a great fragrance.
This is my most complimented cologne ever. I’ve had really expensive colognes but this one beats them all. Only bad side of it is that it doesn’t last that long.
After they reformulated it around 2011 it isn't as strong and doesn't last as long I've found. I bought a clone from dua and it's exactly like the OG formula 👌
@DawnOfLight there's 2. 1 is called fierce and 1 is called fierce attar. They are both great but I tend to like the fierce attar slightly more. I get tons of compliments every time I wear it 👌

I have little over $2k worth of amazing colognes and yes I’ve definitely received compliments on a few of them, but the one that always gets me compliments guaran-freaking-teed is Fierce! Idk why, it’s my cheapest in my collection, yet it’s one of my top 5 most complimented fragrances!
The modern version is a eau de cologne so it lasts more like 2-3 hours with a moderate amount of sprays. Very versatile and friendly fragrance. Ladies love it and is masculine enough to wear @ work.
Guys honesty still have a vintage bottle one from 2012 And one current 2022. Their most recent ones actually have better performance then normal and more of that throwback smell. They have them currently on discount until 30th of may try it again! The black cap ones are dog shit. The metal cap one are MUCH better

For my nose, the recognizable Iso E Super and Hedions are much more prominent from the beginning and with time the spices, woods, fruits and citruses with the sweetness increase. The newer batches I also have which are from 2022/2021 bought from A&F this year the opening very quickly is more oceanic crisp, the fruity citruses are there almost right away after applying so maybe they adjusted again for the new campaign. It smells wonderful with either batch, but from comparing considering Dua's Fierce and FierceAttar are build by the Vintage 1st Release 2002, the 2017/2018 Batch I have smells the closest cause they both have the long lasting intense Iso E Super opening. Longivity with also the newest batches is for me definitely 6-9 hours where it is still on my skin and the projection is very strong within the first couple hours that's what girls tell me when complimenting me 👌🏼

It had a black wooden-styled cap with chrometop from at least 2010-2019, prior it had various chrome metal caps. In 2019, Fierce got a new face model after over 10 years and got a dark grey-nickel matt-finished metal cap.
Depends how it was stored, an original sealed box kept in dark and conditioned rooms has best chance to still be good, otherwise it can be gone bad and smell very alcoholic. Dua has made a Fierce Vintage fragrance
Look for any batch prior to 2011. 2011 is when it got seriously reformulated then they really killed it when they re-released it a few years ago with all the flankers.
instead of getting this i recommend mont blanc legend spirit, its smells similar but with more citrus and sweeter. i got compliments with it and it lasts 6 hours
Even if it lost the power and is not lasting as long as it should I still get more compliments for the original A & F Fierce than for the clones for example legend from Montblanc

If you want a less expensive alternative that us also smells better, try Perry Ellis 2018. ... There is an older self-titled Perry Ellis but that is a different fragrance. Acii like the older one even more because I love old school fragrances. But most people do not. But if you want a better version of fierce try 2018 Perry Ellis. It's fired

I love the orange note on it it is like those green color oranges with orange spots, and crushed orange leaves.

Does anyone know where the original that’s not reformulated can be found ? I know it’s a long shot but the stuff they sell now just isn’t the same .
If i buy the 2002 version, or lets say the version before 2012, does it still smell good ? Even after all that years ?
Depends how it was stored, an original sealed box kept in dark and conditioned rooms has best chance to still be good, otherwise it can be gone bad and smell very alcoholic.

My fierce doesnt have much of that citrus smell. Maybe im just used to modern fragrances.
