I agree totally. I have more of a torn labrum issue but also arthritis. I just vacuumed and I'm wiped out. Shopping is no longer fun because I can't stand that long.

Do you add them to your food only? I drink tumeric, ginger, lemon in water & add apple cider vinegar. Cook always with black pepper & garlic (just started adding the tumeric).

@@rhondafountain648 I take the supplements in capsule form. I also take Glucosamine Complex and have changed my diet. Currently loving guacamole dip, tabouele salad, berries, and pumpernickel rye bread. I stopped the carnivore diet, after months I hadn't lost any weight. I now eat smaller amounts of meat. Whatever you decide to take or eat, just be consistent, document results, and continue if your health improves.

Thanks so much. I have arthritis in my knees. The same applies. I’m having a flair up now. It’s lasted a long time. It’s better now so I can walk distance again but it may hurt later. This video let me know that maybe I shouldn’t walk as long. Again; thanks a lot.

Same here, the groin pain just sits there. Not one for being butchered either.
My day fought through it for decades, refused hip replacement. Now in his 70s and he’s comfortable, doesn’t have any pain nor does he use walking aids. He only walks with a limp.

Swimming is great. I truly believe, that having children, can damage hips. I had 5 in 6 1/2 years. I was always fit and flexible, up until my hips became tight, 3 years ago, now I walk with a walker, but I'm doing El's hip exercises. So, praying this will help me move again. I'm also using arm crutches, to strengthen my legs.

I just had 3 in 3 years, and started having some pain at the end of each pregnancy, but recovered, then since the last one got diagnosed with severe bone on bone hip osteoarthritis and will likely get a replacement so I can take my kids on walks and be a mom without being a cripple in pain all the time ...I'm so scared to do it though...changed diet helped but not enough(cut out grains and sugar, processed foods, gonna try nightshades too, maybe milk?)

Great breakdown of managing hip arthritis! 👍 Understanding whether to rest or exercise is key in dealing with flare-ups vs. maintenance phases. I appreciated the emphasis on proper technique and exercise selection to avoid further irritation - it's a thoughtful approach to healing and strength-building. 🏋‍♂🧘‍♀
For those looking into more natural ways to assist in the recovery process, exploring the role of the endocannabinoid system in pain and inflammation could be interesting. 🌿 It's involved in regulating pain sensation, among other things, so it might offer some insights into managing arthritic discomfort!
Keep sharing this valuable info! 💪📚

Well, THIS was a timely video. EXACTLY the issue I'm having today. I'm used to hardcore training, damn the pain, full speed ahead. Give it 100%, leave it all on the field. So with that inclination, I may be pushing too hard, too much, too fast. I'm going to try backing off, giving it more rest. AND I'm going to check out your program. Thanks.

I have arthritis in my entire body, it does not sit in one place, just does not show up everywhere at the same time. Left hip was replaced, was that because of arthritis? I'll never know bc the pain only stopped once i started doing your suggested exercises to strengthen the back and core. Even after 35 yrs of doing the wrong ones.
I believe movement and exercise is the enemy of arthritis, so I just keep up my daily routine. 😊
The question really is, feeling great in the hips, is my right hip affected?
I only wish I'd found you before the surgery. Oh well.

This is interesting--exercising with osteoarthritis. I have "moderate," OA in my right hip & for over 4 decades been a long distance walker. Now, I can't walk outside, only on my treadmill & only when I walk on an uphill grade. Flat, no. It hurts. Why? So bizarre. I would think easy would be less painful.
But give me a challenging uphill walk on that treadmill for 1/2 hour & I'm good. It is a slower walk; from 4.4/hr outside to 2.5/hr. That must be it.
Plus it's good to keep those bones strong for surgery, eventually.

I think that I may have a temporary problem on the opposite side to my knee that is going to be replaced because of overloading my leg with the good knee, it starts with a numbness down the outside from my hip towards my knee, if I don't sit or lie down the numbness becomes a searing pain, is this my hip complaining? Will this go after my knee is replaced and I am not putting most of my weight on this leg?
