- This is my number exercise to build energy while practicing semen retention. This exercise develops the lower Dantien (Elixir Field), an important foundation for experiencing tangible energy flow through the Microcosmic Orbit and other energy channels. This practice helps to consolidate the sexual energy (Jing) built up through semen retention and store it in the Dantien. HOWEVER - you must put the time and effort into this practice for it to work. This is not a one-time fix, you must practice this regularly to develop the internal energy and start to feel it tangibly.

The cmmon nofap practice is passive energy cultivation and it's hard long term because you're just filling up a reservoir and struggling to contain it so it doesn't explode which most likely happen eventually and you're back to square one, almost.
i just did this for the first time and implemented it into my mediation practice and holy shit it took my meditation to whole different levels , and it was only the first time doing this. i will definitely keep up practicing this! Wow. I did this the first time, and I can feel my Dan Tien energy easily after a 15 minute session. I've done Wim Hof Method (WHM) and Soma Breathwork before, and here is my advice to you when doing this meditation: Play a WHM breathing audio. They are easy to find on UA-cam. My favorite is Rob Lenfesty at Convergence Lifestyle, because he's got background music. Then playback video/audio AT 50% SPEED (half as slow) and breath at HALF tempo. Essentially you go four times slower. Or another to say, one 4 rounds of normal WHM breath is equal to one round comprised of Dan Tien inhale, focus on perineum, the three squeezes, and the exhale back to Dan Tien.
The two reasons I use Rob's WHM audio at half speed, is because I can stay focused enough to complete 15 of 30 minutes of breathing exercises. With no audio, my mind wonders. Also you know when the mediation is over when the audio is complete. Third bonus reason, having nice background music while breathing is relaxing!
I hope this helps somebody, as my biggest problem with any breathing or mediation exercise is losing focus. Love you JW, you are a good man.

One thing that helped me breath into that lower belly section is to use crystals! I used a red jasper and an orange carnellian to help open my root and sacral chakra more which helped the muscles around my lower belly relax and made the practice much easier!

If you can prevent semen from going out of your body, it can help reduce the loss, not ideal but pinching your little friend down there does prevent a full load and therefore a big loss. Of course, orgasm without ejaculation is ideal.

Five days in and I feel awesome. Doing meditations too. Started out with a 3 day goal and made it so I went to a 5 day goal and now I made that so going for 7 days now I feel good and feel strong, I think I can do this too! Also trying to eat less. Full balls, empty belly.

Excellent! From my experience of practicing qigong if you have nothing in your dian tien then mco practice is lacking or wont work. I have tried to build my dian tien through different ways- externally and some internal. But this seems the most efficient I have encountered internally. I will definitely practice.

Mula Bandha Yoga | Pelvic Floor Exercise | Root lock in kundalini yoga is what you are talking about. This whole video can be cut down to 3 minutes. You repeat yourself over and over and over. You can cut the intro to just 20 seconds. You point to the pelvic floor area of your body but I see only your chest and up. So despite the topic is highly interesting, this video is trully annoying. Last point, breathing it is up to you, but best way to breath is slow deep breaths into the belly through the nose and visualise the energy flow through all chakras from root to crown and back.
this isn't about pelvic floor exercise at all, it's about activating the magnetic relationship between Qihai and Huiyin point, consolidating jing and chi and forming the magnetic field of the Dantian. pelvic floor action is actually unnecessary as I teach in the more updated version in my 'Dantian breathing' video. This technique is for one thing - building the Dantian. This is an entirely different practice than yogic chakra work.

I read "cultivating sexual energy for women" by Master Chia, however, he didn't present DT breathing in there and so for me it's still hard to feel the energy moving through the points while doing MC orbit, but what I do feel is energy entering the brain after activating sacral and cranial pumps, this I really feel (looove it) and this is why I don't give up, coz I know it's there, just I would love to feel it moving everywhere (through all the points). It sometimes even scares me the fact that I feel it so intensively and warmly in my brain, but nowhere else. Now I will try to do it by DT breathing. Many many thanks.🥰

Thank you a lot for this! I tried this for the first time today and I felt something already. I have one question though, cause I could not understand this exactly from the video - when you move your breath/thought to the pelvic floor, do you do a kegel or a reverse kegel? Can you do a combination of both? For example, with one breath you do 3 kegels, with the next one - 3 reverse kegels and so on? This is how I did it today since I wasn't sure.

I’ve been doing this for the last few days for at least 15-20 minutes, just one question - I’m not exactly sure how to squeeze the pelvic floor, I’ve been squeezing as i would if I’m pushing pee out, but after coming back to this video i noticed you say to imagine I’m holding the pee back? I’m not entirely sure how to do this - Some more insight on the squeeze itself would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Squeeze energy up your spine
When you pee, try to hold it back stop the flow. It is that movement. For many men this muscle is realy weak. It might take some time to be able to contract this muscle with ease.
I recommend training it but Don't overdo it as it can become realy painful, balance the squeeze training with pelvic floor massaging and especialy by reverse kegels. This is done with the same muscle but instead of squeezing you expand. It's the same movement as pyshing out a fart, this time move the push from the pelvic floor outward.
I guesse this covers all about mastering this muscle, and it has great benefits on the body and sexual health.

Isn't it dangerous to build up energy if you jave blockages?
Everyone in the modern world has blockages. If you have some severe mental issues you'll want to be very careful with internal practices. It's also good to pair this type of practice with chi circulation practice which will help to clear blockages over time. But in general, this type of practice actually helps to consolidate and concentrate your chi, and especially sink chi out of your head and heart (where it stimulates monkey mind and stress) and fill up the lower which is quite grounding.

Are there any websites that do not have the restrictions that youtube has where there are instructional videos on taoist practises. This with real life videos of people having sex or doing some advanced techniques. Ive read mantak chias books but some of the techniques are hard to implement without seeing them in real life. For example the testicle breathing, would love to see a video of a man actualy moving his testes that way.

I was told it's 3 fingers below the belly button, when I poke gently my finger on that point, it hurts, it stings but it doesn't do it anywhere above or below. Is that the Chi Hai (forgive my spelling)?
thaik56 it’s an energetic point not a physical location so it varies from person to person. Typically it’s the apex of the outward curvature of your relaxed belly. Just feeling the general region will be fine, you don’t have to be too precise
@@SexualKungFu I know it's an energy location but one can still feel it right? Yes I can definitely say it's also the apex and within 1-2 inches below the belly button. I was told by acupuncturist that when it slightly hurts it's because it's the right location and there's energy blockage.
thaik56 yes you can feel it. Don’t worry too much about being super precise, by holding awareness on the general areas you’ll start to feel it.
I tried it, initially couldn't feel anything and couldn't visualize it but after 2-3 cycle I could feel my QiHai cavity tickling, then my heart, then my hands warming up and my brain relaxing and expanding. I needed a break about 10 cycles with 10 breath each. Thanks Jonathan. By the way, any chance of having stuck build up energy if one does not circulate it with exercise such as the microcosmic orbit breathing?
thaik56 not if you’re building it in the lower Dantien. When it fills it starts to overflow through the channels

I can do the small universe meditation and get lots of energy from it. I can literally feel the Qi moving. I’m just having a hard time letting go of the porn addiction completely and controlling my sexual energy.
