i have add employees using fingerprint but when i pull out the report check-in and check out ,have no result
im having an issue, when i create a monthly report the check in time is automatically set to the start work time, but in the original record the person check late...
Marco Zúñiga U. You can check again General Rule in Attendance Rule tab and Timetable. But before the export file, you please Calculate data. And then export the report
hi, I have a problem with running this software it asks me for server port frquently and when i am giving it the port 8000 it shows error however with other computer it works

Hello, Maybe you are installing another software on this PC, eg Hik-Central, IVMS 4200 version V3.xxx... it will conflict with the port of IVMS 4200 AC. When it ask you server port, you can change this port is 8001, 8002, or... Or you can uninstall Hik-central or IVMS 4200 V3.xx. Good luck to you! Thank you!
How Can I access to the cameras remotely. I just access when I am connected locally. But remotely I can't
J. Omar Peña For remote access, you must have a domain name for the camera and you must open port (NAT) it. You can use cameraddns domain. Thank you very much!
when I create the credential card in the remote access option, I don't see any device to choose from

2. The software support with access control and attendance devices (not support door station devices - video intercom).

Even if i did everything like you attendance events don't always appear (even if door events comes correctly) do i have to set some attendance on terminals? (i put them "auto" in attendance). Thanks for reply
Ivano Zizzi You need to set the attendance checkpoint terminals, you can check: 1. Attendance Settings -> Attendance Check Point -> Select all card readers as check point. 2. Check attendance record: Attendance Statistics -> Attendance record -> Get Events from devices. if use auto get calculate attendance check here: Attendance settings -> General rule -> check Auto-calculate attendance. And check the timetable, shift,.... You can try again, Thank you!
How to set up over time. I can't see the over time in report. can u plz help
shaven 7en You can see it in the tab Time & Attendance -> Attendance Statistics -> Report -> Overtime Statistics.
But before the export file, please you have to set the Overtime in Attendance Setting, Timetable, Shift and Calculate data. And then you can export the Overtime report

Hi Berk Soylu, you need to check the network connection between the computer and access control device must be on the same network before adding IVMS. You can add the devices to IVMS by local IP or Ehome (ISUP) mode. Thank you so much!!!
Can we have monthly reports with total time in hours?
Smail Sirbegovic Yes, we have. First, you need to get events form device. Second is the calculation and then you can export report. All in Attendance Statistics
@@TurboHDX Thanx for answer but there is no info in any of reports for total time for selected period. For sample when select Attendance Statistics, Report, Monthly and create Report there is Attendance day by day but missing sumary info for all days together.
