Even if i did everything like you attendance events don't always appear (even if door events comes correctly) do i have to set some attendance on terminals? (i put them "auto" in attendance). Thanks for reply

Check attendance record: Attendance Statistics -> Attendance record -> Get Events from devices. if use auto get calculate attendance check here: Attendance settings -> General rule -> check Auto-calculate attendance. Hi Berk Soylu, you need to check the network connection between the computer and access control device must be on the same network before adding IVMS. You can add the devices to IVMS by local IP or Ehome (ISUP) mode. Thank you so much!!!

Hello, Maybe you are installing another software on this PC, eg Hik-Central, IVMS 4200 version V3.xxx... it will conflict with the port of IVMS 4200 AC. When it ask you server port, you can change this port is 8001, 8002, or... Or you can uninstall Hik-central or IVMS 4200 V3.xx. Good luck to you! Thank you!
