Can you add more tables to the database? Only this table is insufficient to know who did not register when entering. Can Person data be exported to a table?

When I add new user out of any group (office subdivision), I can see the history of its in/out time.
But when I put the user in some group (subdivision), I cannot see, when he came in and came out.

Plz help...we failed in card reader setup....we add person and the module can read the card....we failed in access control ....step..apply all to device failed ... written device did not log in or the login operation failed (erro code DAG.dlll(5003)

Me too i have the same probleme
my device opens the door, says thank you when my face shows up, but i cannot see the event of face being recongnized by the device. It only shows the face temperature, and that the door was unlocked. Does anyone here know why?

@@Fatmacheto thanks alot..but does you ever encounter invalid duration after editting a person(be it add new/edit card number or name),but the edit is not instant its more like more than 1 week after notice the error only edit.
Edward John check controller time and upgrade to latest ivms 3.2
@@Fatmacheto i have checked the controller time its sync to ntp server. And the error stops after i reinstall and re-add everything back from scratch.
