Hello I have three shifts. 1 : 7am-3pm 2: 3pm-11pm 3: 11pm-7am First and second shift work perfectly and the program counts working time. But third shift does not count minutes,is it problem because it ends in next day ?
There is option for night shift, usually you shouldn’t have any issues with it. Make sure to set the proper check in and check out time (buffer) What exactly are you seeing in the report?
Hi. I have many staff who take an hour lunch time at different times during the day. How can I adjust it so that when they clock out for lunch time and clock back in, it can deduct that 1 hour from their daily hours. Would I use first in last out setting as well?
Hi there You have two options. Option 1: You can use first in and last out and in break hours you can set to deduct 1 hour from their total working hours automatically. Option 2: You can use each check in and each check out and the employees can select the appropriate function key when marking attendance. Thanks!
@@AfhamnaExplains Thanks for the feedback. If I go with option 1, usuallly all my stuff take their hour lunch between 11AM and 3PM, different people at different times. It's never the same. So would I put those as the limits in the break time setting and then leave the break duration at 60mins and it'll deduct the time they were out for lunch automatically? No matter what time they go out as long as it's between 11am and 3pm?

If the device is NOT online in software, it will not appear on “select door”. Check the connectivity, if not, delete the device from software and add again!!
1. Make sure under attendance check point "set all readers as check point is selected" 2. Are you getting check in and check out time on report? 3. Under shift schedule, do you see shift applied to all staffs? If you could send some screenshots of the current settings, that would help. Thanks!
@@AfhamnaExplains I cannot attach the screenshots here. My monthly report shows only some check outs now, first/last access more. Absent issue only when check out not recorded now., lots of cases.

What exactly are you seeing in the report?
On the other hand, Do you use the Apps Hik-Connect, can see the Daily time sheet in the Apps too?
Not possible on Hik-connect app
OK. Hamid, thanks your reply. So can I see the name or number of the staffs when they finger print in the Apps?
hello
in ivms 4200 how to configure day and night shifts?
working hours 7am to 7 pm and 7pm to 7am next day morning.
You’ll have to set two shifts,
The first is day and second is night.
Adjust check in and check out time in settings.
Hamid, thanks your reply. So can I see the name or number of the staffs when they finger print in the Apps?
Usually on the mobile app
It just shows what time the door was accessed
It doesn’t contain user ID / name.

When i run the report why is no punch time showing?
Maybe there is some configuration which you might have missed, double check your settings.
In my place Monthly and Daily reports are incorrect and do not match with Attendance Records. What can I do to correct it?
Double check time table settings.

I would like to know if a person come for half day
Like shift time is start from 8 and he come at 12 and wants to mark as a half day how can we ?
It would be better to assign flexible shift. It will not be marked as half day. It would just display the working hours as 4 hours.
