the best ownership video I ever seen in my life thank you so much I'm looking up to buy the RS457 and it'll help me a lot I've seen all your video that's how I came to the decision to buy this bike so thank you again
Bro i am watching your vlog from starting when you purchase rs457 and saw every vlog its very helpful for me and my english i have learn lot of english from you😅 thank you bro you are amazing 🙏🏻❤️
Bro your English is like someone is talking in hindi with 😂😂😂 I don't know why your voice is so comfortable like I don't even know for sometime that you're not talking in hindi ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Any plan on changing the brake fluid to Dot 5.1 from Dot 4? Some experienced people suggested that might solve/reduce brake fade related problems if you've seen any. Thanks for the breakdown and honest and clean video.
i have owned a rc390 never ever opt for frame sliders ur bike can slide without frame sliders but. ur bike will jump with rubber impact of frame sliders which will damage the whoile chassis
I'm struggling to decide between rs457 and the all new daytona 660. I want 675rr but they're not making it anymore and the old one's i find are mostly not very well maintained. So i guess im stuck between 660 and rs 457.
The RS457 is a great choice if you're looking for a performance-oriented and value-for-money motorcycle. Rs 660 is a costly bike and misch more powerful than this bike
Mine giving 17-18kmpl before 1st service even i ride my bike below 6000-7000 rpm. Its done only 300km till now. Might b average will b better after 1st service.
Hey Prakash! Your content is superb 👌 I wanted to know that can we install quickshifter or any other accessories during our services and not when we buy it for the first time?
Hello Prakash. Thank you for the detailed reviews and information shared in every video. Just wanted to know how the prices for parts such as the chain sprocket, master cylinders, etc cost as compared to a duke 390. I own a 2017 duke 390 so just wanted to have a comparison.
Chain sprocket cost of this bike is 6700, front brakes pads cost is 5500, not sure about the proce of master cylinder. You can consider double the cost of maintenance when compared to Duke 390
Thank you for sharing; these are some valuable insights to take away. Aprilia needs to really work on switch quality. In one of the test bike the ignition button had no feedback; are your switches getting replaced under warranty? Also is your warranty impacted by installing the dual horn?
Hey bro if u don’t mind can u go and confirm if the newer windshields which cost RS2087 or something is the same quality as the one u got for 900? Bcz people who are buying the windshield now have to pay 2087 even tho they paid 800 when it was not in stock
it's the same visor bro, they are just charging extra for it now. the quickshifter is now 22k & not 28k as it was when launched. I got this info from the dealership itself today.
Yes, it's the same windshield. The prices depend upon the market response. Not many people bought the quick shifter, so Aprilia reduced it's price by 6K. Opposite happened for High windshield, as many people bought the windshield it's proce increased from 900 to 2200. Price is directly proportional to demand.
Bro there are many people who say like this. I am not saying you haven't done it. But it's hard to believe so many people saying that without any proof.
Hey Suraj, thanks a lot for your videos. I got my RS457 last month. First service is done. I weigh 111 kilos, and I'm getting a mileage of about 18 - 19 in spite of mostly conservative riding. If I have fun, it's dropping even further. I've noticed that you're consistently getting 22 - 24. Could this huge difference be because of my weight? Does it affect mileage so much?
Weight is definitely a factor in mileage. I get a little more mileage because half of my commute is open roads and half is city traffic so am able to get that mileage. If you only ride in the city definitely the mileage will be lower.
I already mentioned about the issues I faced with this bike in this video. I did not face any other issue. You want me to create an issue and then talk about it?
I faced coolent leakage which was fixed by the service centre by replacing the coolent hose clamp. My pass light switch is not working and am waiting for a replacement. I did not face any other issue with this bike.
Don't get me wrong. A lot of owners are reporting issues like excessive vibrations, bad gear shifts with and without quick shifter and left leaning of the bike. I too have booked the bike and it is obviously a concern to any potential buyer and since i have been following your channel for a long time, asked about it.
Gear shifting yes, it makes a noticeable sound while doing downshifts. I feel that adds to the character of this engine. Nothing to worry, as it does not damage the engine. When compared to a single cylinder this bike has very less vibrations. But when you compare the vibration from other parallel twin's in this segment yes the vibration is a noticeable in RS 457, that is because this bike has a 270 degree crank, other parallel twin bikes have 180 degree crank. Because of 270 degree crank this bike has alot of torque in the mid and the lower rpm's. Hence vibration is notall an issue in this bike, it's the character of the engine. Now going to the left side leaning issue, ask them who say that, does it cause any problem while they ride the bike? They say when they leave their hands off the hadle bars bike tends to leave towards the left, and my question is this bike is not designed to leave you hands and ride it so why are they making it a problem. If it causes a problem while they have the hands on the handle bar, it can be considered as an issue. Most of the people who talk about these issues don't know anything about motorcycles. They just create content to get some views and that ends up creating confusion in the audience and potential buyers like you. You want to believe me, I say all these issues which you said in the above comment does not stand true. Ride the bike yourself and then decide on your purchase not on what others say.
Great info brothers like your videos keep it up. Bro, I got a small doubt. I recently bought zx6r. Planning to change its exhaust but due to police issues.. I'm planning to change its headers and bend pipe to the after-market (Akrapovic) and keep the muffler stock. Can I do that? does it damage my bike by any means?? Happy to hear your suggestions thank you...
If you are changing your exhaust change the entire exhaust including the muffler. Or else the Performance will definitely be impacted. Or else don't change atall.
@prakashsuraj6495 ohh thanks for the details. I actually deciding between duke 390 v3 and rs 457 but cannot reach to conclusion. Would you prefer rs 457 over duke 390?
1900 for engine oil and 1500 for jist air filter?? How is air filter price is Justified...??? A car air filter cost 1200rs. And dont tell me bike aor filter is better than a car air filter

660 would cost >12 lac on road.
Difference in city and highway mileage should be at least 5 to 8 kms as we ride at constant speeds in highways.
Yeah, that depends on the way you ride.
I am watching your videos for two reason 1st one your 457 and 2nd your english😅
Nice informative video Bro, What about the light vision at night?
Can you tell me about the light throw.
Mine giving 17-18kmpl before 1st service even i ride my bike below 6000-7000 rpm. Its done only 300km till now. Might b average will b better after 1st service.

Hey man, most people owning this bike have reported left side pulling, have you faced the same, if yes how have you tackled them??
I did not face this issue

Please watch the dual horn installation video pinned in the description section, I have covered the warranty part in detail.
@@nazeerchowdry yes. My switch will be replaced in warranty
Bro do you use normal petrol or xp95 petrol??
Can you tell me from where you did stickering and ppf work.. I will also do this customisation
Had the same issue with the switch on my bike. Got it replaced within an hour at aprilia motoplex marathalli.
That's good

Bro i have completed 12000km 1 week ago and done my 3rd service in bhubneswar a week ago

Yeah thats exciting, I will let you guess and then I will answer.
Assuming 5 years of use with covid and your use in general I guess nearly 65k kms and for that you might have sold it for 1.2 lakhs
Where did you get those stickers from?? Are those official stickers ??
I got that custom made from the place where I got the PPF done.
I also have aprilla 457 racing stripes i want to know abt the heating issue on this bike
100 to 106 Normal in Bumper to Bumper Traffic 😅.... In High ways no issues. It's a Sport bike it's normal Gona heat in 1st 2nd gear...
Isn't this too costly considering the mid weight catagory?
No this is affordable, gp for the 650's like the from kawasaki and Honda you will understand how costly are those.
@prakashsuraj6495 ohh thanks for the details. I actually deciding between duke 390 v3 and rs 457 but cannot reach to conclusion. Would you prefer rs 457 over duke 390?
