So the ergonomics of Aprilia RS 457 can be painful for touring. Ninja 500 is a fantastic sports tourer but that is expensive. Hopefully Tuono 457(if that comes) should have ergonomics that enable sport touring.
Ninja feels cramped but comfy and not as sophisticated. The Aprilia is definitely better in the long run. Tuono is somewhere in the future, hopefully in 2025🤞🏻
Ninja 500 lacks thrill and it's very much predictive where Aprilia is different class all together the engine grunt and feel is unparalled. ( i hve ridden both recently).
Don't go by the look and power it delivers Remember that first batch is always risky and most importantly the after sales service is worst, hold your money have patience let the sales service gets better with time, then go for it.
Suggest you take a test ride cause we don't mind sitting in that sporty stance and ride for 500km on the highway. It does cause some pain in the city though as you can't grip the tank that well
I live in Greece and I am going to be 50 years old in a few days. I know it sounds weird but I am thinking seriously of buying the new RS457. If I use logic I should buy something different because I like traveling with my motorcycle and I know that this one is not the most apropriate. But my heart keeps telling me that the Aprilia is the best for me! I don't know why but it is maybe because I was an owner of a 2-stroke RS125 when I was younger (2007-2010). Inside my mind I am thinking that I could have this bike and make the trips I want with concessions to comfort. Don't you think?
Firstly, kudos to you for staying a biker at 50. And secondly, if you're heart is telling you this is the bike, then you should definitely listen to it.
Greetings from India, great to see your passion for motorcycles! The RS125 is a legendary bike and yes, the RS 457 will thrill you with its performance, the riding posture is sporty, but not overly aggressive. I will suggest that you take a proper test ride, before pulling the trigger. Or you can wait for the Tuono 457 which is expected to be launched in 2025.
Hi, currently the waiting period is between 3 to 4 months, but the timeline is also dependent on your location. Please check with nearby dealerships to get a better understanding.
Anything above 120 and it'll chug the fuel. For this you have to learn the "Hold it like a cone" when it comes to U turns. It's not a commuter as it's too comitted for city use.
I took a test ride and felt that the bike was a bit heavy with aggressive riding posture. The engine was smooth though . I personally felt that the looks was a bit of ktm gene .
@@ackodrive i owned a ktm rc 390 bs3 and felt it was way more committed position than aprillia , climbing on to the aprillia made it feel like a sports tourer
Wanted this but due to financial issues I bought the RTR 310. Although I wanted an Italian bike ..settled for the Indian one and no regrets at all.
Great stuff that you found the bike you like and all the best for your riding journey.
Hey Arun, congratulations on your new purchase! Well, you can always save up and upgrade in the future, new bucket list :)
I sold rr310 bmw ...because of purchasing this one ......
@@PRHLDSHETTY do share your ownership experience with us and congratulations!
Hey man how is the riding comfort on longer rides
6:03 you can see the bend in rear rim on top.
It was on the media bike when it came for testing, while we were a bit worried but gladly there wasn't any airloss through the rim edge.
@@ArunNadar-AckoDriveIs the quality not able to manage Indian roads?
Keen observation!

I really want to see how the bike looks like with the taller windscreen
With a light tint

Apache rtr 160cc v2 me maine 470 km non stop ride kiya hai
5:06 , you mention RS 547 :)
Very informative video 👍
Thanks for the appreciation :)
@6:03 is that a rim bend? Does the quality can't handle Indian roads?
Is it aggressive seating like r15m??
Bro is that arai helmet, where did you bought it from?
They get it pretty cheap(compared to the pricing here) and duty free from outside the country when they have to travel for work.
Arun got that helmet from Japan and it really is a sexy design
@@Guywithastory A friend brought it from Japan, with an optional visor, the rear spoiler, it costed me Rs 48,000.
How's the seat comfort over a long 500 km long ride? I read somewhere the seat is not good for long rides
The posture is aggressive but doesn't cause butt ache if that's what you're asking about.
Man 200 kms and ur butt starts aching
@5:22 ... lot of flex? Is that a mistake?
Lateral flex is important for the bike to corner better, especially in MotoGP.
Do you think the riding posture would cause back pain, shoulder pain or wrist pain if someone chose to ride 500 kms plus on a day?

Try aprilia and ninja 500 both. Whichever fits you. Go for that
Can you please make video of yamha r3
How's the windshield? Is there any buffeting at 100 kph plus speed? Also does it give good wind protection around 120 kph without tucking?
Aero efficiency is epic as it can sustain higher speeds well.
By the way, we do buy supersports for touring. 🤐
i have book this,on 2 of June when can i expect it to be delivered. how much is waiting period

Very half hearted effort. 5:10 its being called rs 547.
Hi, apologies for the mistake, but apart from that in which areas you think I was lacking? your feedback will be much appreciated, thank you.
Just wishful thinking for wanting a bigger engine 547cc 😉

Pricing Is Not Bad For A CKD Unit With Twin Cylinders........ Surprisingly Aprilia Done Many Things Right.
It's not ckd, it's completely made in india
@@kankit230 Only accessories are imported and that makes some of the accessories pretty expensive

Very well reviewd , But would personally prefer the Ninja 500 for its bullet proof reliability and more rounded appeal on all aspects .
The Ninja does have lesser variables to deal with but paying that much extra, can't even dream of it.
Thanks for the appreciation, yes Ninja has proven reliability, but the upfront purchase cost and ownership cost will be expensive.

I don't think so, he sounded very normal and used pretty normal language and there's nothing to complain about, infact the review was good.
