That Orange Oppressor and a lot of Camo Meanies sure got me down this week. It looks like some of those camo meanies are going away now; they left 'whoosh' right out of my entire cities worth of brains. I think in three months I might be able to permanently remove that Orange meaning from my brain forever🤞and then I will be far more relaxed. Purple meanies!!!! They are in great abundance these days!!!! Watching old movies and cleaning out closets. I’ve even started to listen to opera music. I hate opera music but it takes my mind off of how bad I feel. Crazy right?😩

When my brain box is not a friendly place to be I spend time in Nature being present to the sights and sounds and smells. Having a 5 month old Golden Retriever puppy also helps😊. He is always present to the treats pocket
