- Today I have a special guest with me to discuss Eyeball Talking-the new universal language in these uncertain times!
Hi everyone. It's me, Pluto. This is my youtuber channel Pluto Living, but I have to share some of the station with my Mom, world un-renowned wildlife photographer, NJ Wight. I actually took over her channel so don't be surpised if you see a few wildlife videos scattered around like cat poop. Absolutely! I watch them, and then watch them again with my husband. We both laugh at her, and her antics. I really love when she gets the words wrong, by just a little bit! So cute, just like a little kid. We adore Pluto

Pluto, it’s gotten to the point that when I get a notification that you have uploaded a new youtube, my heart jumps for joy, and then I stop and ask myself, should I listen to it now when you’ve already made my day better, or should I save it for later in case I need some bit of happiness to brighten up my day? Thank you for a great tutorial on the language of the eyes.
I do both ends of the day. Sometimes twice.
The slow motion replay caught me off guard and I almost spit my coffee onto the screen !

Hi Pluto, I have just recently retired after working for 42 years in health care, I wore a mask daily. Thanks for encouraging people to wear a mask, its really not that bad or hard to do!

Do what I do --- When I know I will be going somewhere and have to wear a mask, really do up the eye makeup. I mean over-the-top ... heavy black eyeliner, dark eye shadows, the whole bit. Go for the mysterious look. Then, I come home, remove it, and am back to my old self. But, for a little while I can be anyone I want to be. It's really a riot! Not just for women - come on, guys, have some fun!

This was so spot on Pluto and Nancie! The eyes say it all these days. I wish more people would wear masks. Even here in BC maybe 40% of people are wearing them indoors and on transit. It’s unsettling. Regardless how well we might be doing out here the virus is still around. Ok off my soap box 😊❤️.
@Annie-Marie Landry I agree, I am really disappointed since we have clear guidlines from our government! My grandaughters wear masks when they go to the park or for bike rides with my spouse and they are 6 & 8. If they can do it why can't the adults 👵🇨🇦
Merrilee Heard Exactly!! I think people have become complacent. We have clear guidelines, yes, but when Bonnie Henry says there is low community spread it sends a mixed message. What really surprises me is the non wearing of masks by the older adults on busses. It is not mandatory but recommended. The wording is so important. Not looking forward to Fall and Winter 😬.

I love these adorable videos. I found that when I smile under my mask that people can tell by my eyes. I first noticed this when smiling at babies in the grocery store. They always giggle and smile back. 😃

I worked in ORs for 25 years....you can say ALOT with your eyes. And if you wear readers, dropping those down your nose means twice as much if you are wearing a mask!

Kudos from a fellow Canadian (near Ottawa, Ontario) on another great video. Being forced to use eyes to communicate is a pretty good thing as, often, I find that humans seem to avoid eye contact. On the downside, the fact that masks obliterate the mouth, I feel for people like my (grown-up) daughter who is profoundly hearing-impaired and relies on both her hearing aids and (heavily) on lipreading in order to understand others. It will be interesting to see how we remedy this issue for the hearing-impaired?!🤔 Meanwhile, use those eyes to advantage!!👀👀👁👁🙄🙄😁
