Hi guys, today i will show you how to build an easy but for me the best Bartering Farm in Minecraft Bedrock.
You'll see how to build the Bartering Farm and the Item Filter that will help you sort all the traded items stress free.
This easy Bartering Farm is build in the Nether, build it in the Nether Wastes or Crimson Forests,
The Piglins will trade good items like Nether Quartz, Obsidian, Crying Obsidian or some Enchanted Books with Soul Speed for some Gold Ingots.
This is the best use for the Gold you got from my previous Gold Farm video.
Just convert all the gold into Gold Ingots and start trading with the Piglins.

- Nether Quartz

Materials you'll need to build the best Bartering Farm :
- 12 Building Blocks for the barterig part (sorting part does not require extra blocks)
- 83 Redstone Dust
- 27 Redstone Torches
- 52 Redstone Repeater
- 1 Block of Gold
- 1 Pressure Plate
- 3 Sticky Pistons
- 25 Redstone Comparators
- 26 Blocks of Blue Ice
- 5 Leaves
- 1 Cake
- 1 Dropper
- 11 Glass Blocks
- 51 Hoppers (+ 3 extra Hoppers for the output if you build this)
- 51 Double Chests (+ 2 extra Double Chests for the output if you build this)
- 100 Filler Items like Dirt
- 1 Name Tag
- 25 Item Frames (they are optional)
- 1 Flint and Stone (this is optional)
- 40 Blocks of each Item you want to Filter

IMPORTANT : the steam of the pumpkin points always to North-West, i said North-East, which is wrong, thanks to Merijn Gout, who pointed out my mistake !!
Also, when you place the cake for orientation then the two big dots of the cake must point to where the filter will be (the line of ice)!

Still works great
If your having items getting stuck halfway down the ice/hopper line after running the farm a few minutes try replacing the cake with an ender chest. Ran a full double chest of gold through with no issues

Wow, The Blue ice system is very good , i saw many bartering farm with only hoppers, and the problem was the many items over flowing them

this farm seems to not work anymore cause ive had it for months and it worked fine but now the items always get stuck on the ice and they also dont get thrown onto the slime a lot of the time anymore
I’ve just tested it and for me it still works!
Try to play with the ticks of the repeater that controls the speed of the pistons!
i built this a couple updates ago now on 1.21 the things still was working but then i added an autocrafter to extract gold ingots from blocks to put into the system and all a sudden the piglin is throwing things out of sync and things are stopping on the ice. HOW TO FIX!
i don't know what you did to break it?
i guess the redstone clock of the bartering farm is getting interupted by the redstone contraption from your crafter, it's just a wild guess!
try to play with the farms repeater ticks to see if it will sync again.

Most probably yes but it depends on how much gold you throw in during the farming!
If you have tons of gold and want to afk for a longer while then definitely but if you throw in a stack or two, then you should be good with one filter per item!

how do you sort ender pearls
Just place the max amount of pearls, I think 16 is the max amount, in the first slot of the hopper filter, where you want the pearls to be filtered into the chest!
admittingly i didnt set up the item filters cause i wasnt gonne waste time doing that if the hoppers werent going to collect the items regardless, but heres a video. Iv tried it with and without the sea pickles with the same results. ua-cam.com/video/2lkXjWuYdSc/v-deo.html
I don’t get why you dot build it like I’ve shown in the vid?
The only mistake I made was to say that the pumpkin stem points north-east while it’s pointing north-west!
If you orient it the wrong way then the collection system won’t work!
Follow my setup and the collection system will work!

one other thing i noticed now that its oriented properly is that im getting a lot of items getting stuck on top of the first slime block. any idea on how i could fix that? or is that just a world issue? ua-cam.com/video/c8TTmSfg8as/v-deo.html

Can we use more than 1 piglin? Like 10 piglins for example
You can build multiple farms around it connected to the same pressure plate!
Putting more piglins won’t work cause it’s too much for the collection system!
If anyone wondering The farm still works,but the sorting system doesn't it get stuck on the blue ice sometimes

The ice problem occurred with the 1.20 update but there is a fix for that!
Kane from my DC found out that if you replace the leaves block under the piglin it fixes the problem with the ice for some reason, most probably because of chunk borders! Try it out!
For me it works still works perfectly fine like you saw it in the video!

Thanks for the tutorial, i was looking for a bartering farm that had a built in auto sorter and this was definitely the best one. Also the dimensions of the farm are 8 wide, 32 long, and 6 high if you're making a room for it.

Hey man built this farm a while ago and it worked great!!!!!
Still does for the most part although I noticed 2 of the hoppers aren’t collecting anymore it just zips right past it to be incinerated.
Do you have any idea how to fix it?
It was working perfectly fine nothing changed so it might be on a chunk boarder and that’s why?
I’m just gonna add two more modules on the end and hope that fixes it:)
Also great work on this channel keep it up bedrock needs people like you and you do a fantastic job.

I don’t know, sound like there is a conflict with chunk border but I don’t know, first time I hear that and i don’t have this problem yet!
You could try to remove the redstone part and hoppers in question and rebuild it, perhaps this will fix it!

You would have to build multiple enclosures!
At least that was like that when I tried it a while back, perhaps meanwhile something changed, you have to try! 🤷🏻♂️

It’s something with the newest update that broke it!
Try to replace the leaf block under the piglin with a solid block, this should fix it!

if anyone struggle to the item stuck in the ice try add 1 tick in the repear after the piston in the left side hopefully its help
I’ve build this farm a couple weeks ago in my own world and it worked without a problem but I’ve heard that some have that problem and it is necessary to play with the tick speed, that’s right! 👌

hey can you check if this still works in the new update cuz I just built this, the farm itself works perfectly but the items stop flowing after about 5 blocks, they just stay there, its pointing in the right direction and everything so do you have a fix to this?

My farm isnt working and im really not sure why, whats happening is in the item sorter the items only travel a certain distance before they get stuck, ive seen other people have this issue and ive tried all the ideas given and triple checked the design is correct, but nothing is helping and its quite annoying, can you help? Why does the direction matter?

Just tried making it on console and immediately it doesn't work, when the Piglin trades he throws the loot directly at my character and it goes into my inventory. It doesn't drop down and get shuffled by the slime cubes.
Check the trapdoor, I am sure you have it at the wrong spot!

@@EndyCrafts I don't think so, it's opened and covers the lower half of the 1x2 zone where the piglin stands. Also I tried to use the sorting system and blue ice just refused to work on my creative test world. I can't find ice in my survival world anyway, I've mapped out about 10,000x10,000 blocks from my world spawn and it's mainly water.
I'm gonna use your trade system, but have the loot go into a quad Minecraft with hopper system, and then attempt to build silentwhisperers sorting system as that should be fast enough to handle to drops. It's more complicated and uses far more resources, but I have a iron, gold, redstone and trading farm all set up so I can afk.
@@EndyCrafts That system by silent whisperer doesn't work in the nether. I need a system that doesn't use blue ice or water and can sort high rates of items. There's got to be a solution which isn't too complicated?

To be honest with you, it must be the trapdoor, I had the same problem and it was the misplaced trapdoor!
Regarding blue ice or ice in general, do you know the page ChunkBase?
You can insert your Minecraft seed in that page and then you can filter your world for ice biomes, the easiest way to find ice in your world!
My system works, I would recommend to record a short vid of the piglin part and what happens when you trade.
Upload this to my discord and we’ll help you out to fix the problem and meanwhile you can explore your map via chunkbase for ice!

Not sure if has anything to do with device lag but the collection sytem dosent work at all. The items move past the hoppers to fast for them to do a thing
are your items moving between comparators and ice or between ice and hoppers?
is it working after you have changed the orientation?
I built it correct. It just seems items moving too fast over hopper. But I'm also on a bad laptop for gaming

The pumpkin stems point North-West, not North-East (0:22). For those using coordinates, lily-of-the-valleys or sunflowers instead of pumpkins: build the farm in the north-west position.
Honestly a pretty sloppy mistake for a farm that relies on proper orientation...
Thanks for pointing that out, it’s a bad mistake, I am not looking for an excuse but fact is I’ve rendered the vid late in the evening and made the mistake because I was tired!
However, If you are using a pumpkin and follow the instructions (the way Ive build it) then you’ll build it the right way anyway!

Why does it matter which biome it's in?
They spawn most likely in certain biomes

Item filter worked fine on my testing world but when I built it on my realm it doesn’t work at all and I built it the exact same and facing the right direction
This must be something with the recent update!
Kane from my DC fixed it on his realm by replacing the cake with a new cake and placing buttons on the ice, try this
BTW: this problem with item transportation occurs only on realms and this is how you can fix it

Pigs only trade every 6-8 seconds. How can you use this design with multiple pigs? Mine has 12 pigs but i have to manually throw the gold.
Love the blue ice idea. Didn't think of that.
well, i've tried it with multiple piglins but it does not increase the amount of items you get.
one year ago it worked with multiple piglins.
however, i don't think the item filter could keep up with much more then this.
The items for me keep sliding off the ice and onto the hoppers. They're stopping after 6 hoppers
