If that screen stating its 2005 is still here, that could mean part of the facilities infrastructure is GPS based but an older one. Every 1024 weeks the GPS week code "rolls over", goes back to zero. If a device isnt programmed to account for this it will go back to its zero date. Its done this in 1999 and 2019. 1024 weeks from 2005 is 2025 which the game does suggest is the current year. This is usually not disastrous and can often be ignored, but in this game's world could indicate that the postal facility is poorly funded and couldn't/wouldn't spend money on something as seemingly frivolous as the correct date

Anyone else noticed in the current Rust Belt level in the big cave with the boat there are two sets of glowing, blinking eyes? Wonder if it's just to be creepy or has any environmental storytelling meaning.
Not gonna lie, wouldn't this have been better if it was just one person, considering the term 'Going Postal' was always about a lone person shooting up his or her postal depot? Maybe they could've set traps or something around the building to keep you on your toes?
I really like the whole giant conspiracy setup to every map. Keeps everything really intriguing. Such a shame the community doesn't receive it positively. Why do people want mindless dumb cops and robbers gameplay?
its not that the community want mindless cops and robbers, but more maps without huge connections like the spider, with a personal feel. sometimes the idea of busting small criminal organisations is really interesting because it feels a lot more personal to the player, like they aren't in a constant struggle with a big conspiracy and the feeling of being able to complete something and save people without having to worry about the "next step" of taking something down. its like a side quest, you like it because its interesting and usually a more personal story
@@kornoyu Makes sense, but there are so many other tactical shooters where you can load endlessly customizable maps and just shoot at bad guys. Plus all that story is so much in the background it can completely be ignored. So it feels weird to hear so much complaining about it.

Imagine the logistical nightmare of the already poorly managed USPS being broken up into every town/city having its own separate postal service.
I don’t want to imagine that
Ready or Not’s version of America is so fucked it’s almost comedic.
Here's hoping it doesn't end up like the Colbert Report; farcical situations becoming believable due to increasingly insane politics.

Dame I hate when the California postal service gets raided for smuggling illegal weaponry for the 7th time
Why even smuggle they can just import most parts and just smuggle the recievers.
