FOR BEGINNERS Do this routine on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. IF YOU DON'T KNOW AN EXERCISE LOOK IT UP ON GOOGLE IMAGES OR UA-cam *LOOK ON UA-cam; How to do these exercises properly, with good form. - Push Ups - Bench Dips - Dips (If you can't do a normal dip yet, train push ups and bench dips more). - Body weight rows - Pull Ups (If you can't do a normal pull up yet, train body weight rows more). - Elbow Plank - Side Elbow Plank (both sides) - Squats - One leg calf raises Do each exercise 3 times till failure, take 1 - 2 minutes break between. (Till failure= do as many until you can not do one with good form anymore) (With the planks it is 3 times holding the position for as long as possible) Don't rush exercises, at least 1 second up and 1 second down with each exercise.
