The Chesapeake Bay Light Tower sits miles offshore Virginia Beach and we got into some giant spadefish. Spadefish are a blast to catch because they are one of the hardest fighting inshore fish and an absolute blast to catch. And in this catch and cook vid I show you how tasty they are! Spadefish are caught using clam or squid and they can be a finicky fish to catch at times so small hooks are a must!

The Recipe For Spadefish Catch and Cook
Small Fish Nuggets (cut into small pieces)
Place in plastic bag
Add:
Flour
Garlic
Everglades
Old Bay
Pepper
With pan of scorching oil cook your fish nuggets! Enjoy!

I got my open water Scuba certification @ the light tower back when I was stationed in Va Beach (Dam Neck). Lynnhaven Dive Center. Would LOVE to go back and fish for some Spades!!!

You really need to try House of Autry seafood breader coated on your fish for frying. I add various dry seasonings to kick it up a bit.
