    The tofu looked like tempeh to me and now that's in my head so I might try it! Especially since my local Asian market stopped carrying the extra-firm smoked tofu. Any extra firm. Also, might grate some Asian pear into the sauce. Dinner tonight!

    Great recipe. I made one vegannized version of the udon. Who would have thought that you can make it a bulgogi flavor? I think this is a great alternative if you want stir fry and without its soup. Gotta try this out!

    Hello from Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 I would be definitely trying this. My Udon noodles are dry and thinner than what you used, would that affect the outcome?

    • @chefatulya
      @chefatulya  2 роки тому

      Hi! Yes, you can use the dried udon noodles for this recipe. I’ve used them before and they turned out good. I prefer the fatter noodles but what you have should be sufficient. 😊

    Can I use dynasty pure sesame oil? Is it the same as toasted? It does have that nutty flavor

    • @chefatulya
      @chefatulya  3 роки тому +1

      Yes. As long as it has that roasty nutty flavor, then you’re good to go!
