Handstand do along session

  • A sequence involving 1. shoulder prep, 2. abdominal prep, 3. hamstring prep, 4. wrist prep and then the three main entries- scissor, tuck and straddle.
    This is not a guided session; more like a 'do with me' session, as I explore, post a sickness, getting back to my practice. First almost 30 mins its good for anyone to do along, as we are doing some breathing, some shoulder prep, some ab work, hamstrings etc. The handstand per se, if you dont currently have balance, do it against the wall
