My Mom once had a '36 Ford with a '38 engine. It was a beautiful maroon with whitewalls and a wolf-whistle and a suicide knob! She used to delight in pulling that whistle and when hired would turn around expecting to see a cute guy she would just grin, sheepishly. So funny! I was too young to drive but wish could have! Thanks, Jeff. She's a beauty! ~0;-)
I agree with Craftsman673- it would be very far down on my list of color choices. It does however have a 90's feel for sure! If you feel nostalgic, but not too far in the past this one would be a perfect choice. Good editing, Jeff!
Hey a Ford that actually moves albeit under the power of Chevy. I got a question for the person who built this work of art. How did he get the Chevy 350 to not overheat in such a small engine bay. I know a guy having a problem with his overheating. He wants to add a high flow water pump and if that don't work he is thinking of taking it down and porting the water jackets wider and polishing off the casting flash. I think his 350 engine is an older engine so it may need a few upgrades to the cooling. He did put the biggest radiator in it he could fit and got a 180 thermo and still it overheats in summer heat sitting at a light. Personally I am starting to think he didn't do a tear down/rebuild on the engine so he really has no idea how gummed up it is inside. The engine he is using is from 73 so it could just be all worn out and in need of a refresh. If anyone can shed some light I would be interested to know why it is overheating.
My Mom was a character-and-a-half! She had that car for quite a few years and was disappointed when my Dad decided it would be best to sell it and get her a more "sensible" car...a 1950 (?) ugly grey Willys. She was not really a happy camper. ~0:-/
Thanks again for your help Steve, I appreciate it. You definitely got some cool shots.
I agree, they were great looking cars right from the factory. Thanks for taking a look George!
They definitely built this one right. Thanks for taking a look!
Yeah, that's what my friend Murray just said. You guys are definitely right.
Very eye-catching and runs smoothly.
It definitely is a well-built car....thanks for checking it out Racer!
Glad you liked it, thanks for watching!
Thanks for taking a look my friend!
Yep, it's a nice cruiser. Thanks for taking a look!
The 36 Ford is actually my personal favorite. Sounds like your Mom was having some fun with it. I've always wanted a 36 Ford Five-window Coupe.
Ain't nothing wrong with a Plastic Hot Rod when they look and run like that eh!! Good stuff Bud!!☺
Thanks for checking it out!
Jeff great video as usual. This car has a beautiful interior. I love it! The color is a bit unusual. I like it.

Looks very good!!!
I'd call it Salmon, but I'm not sure of the actual name. It's definitely something a bit different. Thank you for watching!
Yeah, I'd say it's a Salmon color...not sure of the actual name. Kind of gives it a mid 90's feel, but it's a really well built car.
Yep, they should have cut a recess into the firewall....or gone with a small cap distributor.
It kind of looks pink sometimes and orange other times...depending on the lighting.
ZZ-Top approves of this car. as do I.
Very nice. Wonder what they call that color?
You said it brother. Is that like Salmon Pink.
The best car
Yep, it is kind of bizarre...it looks different colors depending on the lighting it's in.
