George and John worked together in this album, even creating a McCartney diss track together😅. Ringo played drums several times in John and George's records and live performances. John gave his songs to Ringo when Ringo was creating his solo albums. I guess the one who was hard to work with was Paul. 😂 But all in all, i love them all

I often think that if I could time travel, one of the first if not the very first places I’d go is to Brian Epstein’s apartment the night he accidentally overdosed, and I’d go rescue him. Had he lived, or been able to clean out, he would have taken care of the Beatles, leaving them free to create. His death, their dive into business instead of art, then Allen Klein and all that business and legal lawsuit awfulness--that is what broke up the Beatles. They never had anything but love and brotherhood, till they starting having to do their own business. ugh. Instead of the Apple thing blowing up, they could have taken a break, done individual projects, and then Brian would have eventually had them over for dinner and planned new things. His death, was the end of the free creativity-only Paul had a work ethic. Everybody else wanted to sit around and do nothing. Paul drove them crazy. But even he needed someone to handle the business end, and he had his in laws by then. Very safe, very smart. John, George and Ringo struggled for years without any smart business person relieving them of the burden and giving them the freedom to create. George never found it. Yoko provided it by finding David Geffen-who was perfect to manage John, and would have been a perfect successor to Epstein, had he come on the scene earlier. Ok, this is a crazy analogy, but it’s the same with Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. She was free to create and be a genius comic, while he was the mastermind and producer and businessman who ran things. She just showed up and played like a child. When she lost that, she became hard, abrasive, and shouted all her lines to the audience. Horrible. Ok, back the Beatles… once Klein was out of the way, and Lennon and Harrison realized Paul had been right, they were all making overtures to one another. The Eastmans were perfect to manage the business affairs, and once Lennon realized that, he was honest enough to admit it. He said “Paul was right” on the Mike Douglass Show. So many ifs. the main if was that by the end of his life, Yoko would have welcomed Paul taking John off her hands for a few months here and there. They could have gotten together and created music again. I’m sure that’s what each of them wanted. And hey, it was 1980, I bet John would have found a good therapist and he and Paul could have hugged it out. Didn’t they have plans to meet up in New Orleans in 1974, but Yoko short circuited it. Then they had plans to meet up in England when John planned to travel there in early 1981. Anyway. Just sitting here enjoying the music and my gummie. :-) peace out, everybody!

Look what happened When they went solo, George had a 3 LP release as his 1st release. Others all had solo LPs out in their days following their breakup.
