Meet the new Rainbow 6 operator... TILTA.😁
When does TILTA leak picture vest with shoulder rig for Ronin 4D will be release? It’s look awesome and can’t wait to get hand on that product. I checked in website for many times and haven’t see yet available. Hope to see that product in future.
Very nice video very nice camera ❤️❤️👍👍
Dope !
I own this adapter and I must say it is not what I expected. Tilta should have had a fluid head. The movements are choppy and it rubs against the base which makes a noise which is quite loud during recording. Only can make slow movements without friction. Anything fast like the ones in the video can be heard scrapping the base. It had potential
Thanks for this.
Thanks buddy, hope you sorted
I thought the same until I realized the head is only there to adjust the spin axis to vertical, this is a one time adjustment before filming to compensate for small deviations of the arm stabilizer hinges away from vertical. After locking in, the operators body movements provide pitch, yaw, and roll while the rig to camera joint remains rigid, having been previously calibrated.
Rigid couple between the arm and camera in the transverse plane but of course the spin axis is unconstrained.
Ok now I have a reason not to buy into the hype
A me piace moltissimo ... Non per il ronin ma per inserire la fotocamera é utilizzarla per micro movimenti.
Mi chiedevo se é possibile avere una simulazione di un cavalletto con testa fluida e piccoli movimenti slider
modifyng my float to raise the pelvic belt to sternum level and add the shoulder harness system to make a chest pack. Then reverse the rotary pin to hang from the bottom of the arm, then mounting the manfroto to a Tilta top handle so the Ronin hangs below. This frees up the bottom sensors to see the ground and improve Z axis control. Am i wrong or just plain crazy?
oops, forgot to mention a 180 on the pelvic/sternum so the back faces forward and the back support cushion rides on the 6 pack waist level.
Might try that with the top handle because my tripod plat is arca and lifting the 4d to mount has been awkward.
but i am struggling to understand balancing the arm.
The idea was to free up the under camera sensors. What an idiot, i just mounted the plate sideways in the back and the sensors are clear to see the ground. I apologize for misdirecting you all.
che peso riesce a tenere?
The thing i send email about the tilta about the ronin 4D and there NOT SURE about the bottom sensors if it will be effected. Thats why I still not buy it.
Yes, the Manfrotto-compatible adapter does block the Z-Axis sensors on the bottom of the camera body, but the difference in performance is negligible in our testing.
@@TILTA modifyng my float to raise the pelvic belt to sternum level and add the shoulder harness system to make a chest pack. Then reverse the rotary pin to hang from the bottom of the arm, then mounting the manfroto to a Tilta top handle so the Ronin hangs below. This frees up the bottom sensors to see the ground and improve Z axis control. The backplate is then on the chest and the back stabilizer pad points down and rests on the abs and pelvis.
@@TILTA do I get the V mount or AB mount tiltafloat for use with my incoming Ronin 4D?
@@TILTA just mount the Manfroto plate sideways in the back, the sensors are clear and the weight shift is negligible.
I have one, and I have to say that over time, like a firmware update, Tilta could provide tutorials for products like this, explaining how to enhance performance by adding or modifying certain things. For instance, when I use this product, my footage has so many micro-vibrations that make it unusable. However, as others have mentioned, this product has potential. If Tilta could offer solutions to resolve issues like these, I'm sure that all customers would appreciate it, and they could gain lifelong clients. Please, Tilta, what can I do to remove the micro-vibrations in my footage when using this product?
Use weight!
@@zoltanelias I've already done that and it didn't solve the problem. The micro-vibrations are only visible on cameras without any stabilization like the Sony FX6, for example. If I use a Sony A7S which has IBIS (in-body image stabilization), it removes these micro-vibrations, but they shouldn't happen because then I can't use a camera that isn't electronically stabilized.
Finally, my diy version felt flimsy
