+63... Celsius that's a lot. Well above the flash point of jet A/A1, B or JP5... I don't know what kind of fuel is used in the Q400's ops... but I fly 767 and we are limited by 49 degrees as maximum temperature for the fuel. That shit is scary man 😂

So many unnecessary buttons to push. Why can't they just make it start up like a car. Put the engines in gear and accelerate. When in air push 1 button for gear up. Haha
We don't always cruise at MCR (350-360 kts). At my airline we are often planned at a lower cruise speed, which provides a good compromise between cruise speed and fuel cost.

That's fuel _inlet_ temperature though, not fuel _tank_ temperature. Red line is 71C.

its operated by a switch on the dashboard just in front of the captain,its automatic,so they cant use it to slow down in flight

Why the cruise speed is only 223 knots ? I see on the wiki, the std cruise speed for Dash8-Q400 is about 300 - 360 knts.
