Today I got the news that I'll be flying the 737-800 for a living for one of Europe's largest airlines. Perfect timing to say the least!! I remember seeing your videos way back when I only had a few hours, now the dream has come true. Thanks for helping all of us keeping the dream alive with your videos.
Thank you everyone for your patience, at last here is my latest video. I spent over 50 hours editing the timelapses alone and another 20 hours on the video itself. If you could please do me a favour and not re-upload this video on Facebook or any other platform, I would greatly appreciate it. I will make a Facebook upload later today so that you can share this instead if you so wish. If you appreciate the video and the work behind it and wish to support this channel, you can do that with Patreon : www.patreon.com/golfcharlie232 It will also give you access to the pictures I post on social media but in full resolution without any watermark, as well as raw video edits. The goal here is to invest in newer filming equipment and bring 4K to this channel. Thank you everyone for your support and patience.
Live from the Flight Deck such an amazing and awe-inspiring video. Your videos have helped me keep my dream of being a pilot alive and even actually helped me decide what i want to do and where i want to go in life as a pilot. (i'm a student pilot in a C-172 with a little over 40 hours at the moment doing my private license) Thanks! happy landings.
Live from the Flight Deck hey mate, I'm a huge fan of your work!! I subscribed 4 years ago, and I have to watch most of your videos weekly! Although I joined the merchant navy, aviation was always my dream! Anyways I admire your work and effort, and looks like you've been promoted to captain, the camera is at the left seat. All your videos were recorded form the right seat. Hope I'm not wrong about that haha. Thank you for all the hard work you put into doing these videos. Stay safe, and hope to see lots more from you!!! Cheers mate!
godness gracious .... i'm near to cry ... that's just amazing , this video make us remeber why we love aviation and for what we study .... thanks for these 4 minutes of pleasure sir ;) enormous support from France ^^
I hope your dreams come true, just dont expect it to be as glamorous as this video makes it out to be because the reality of it all will hit you squared in the face, lol.
Einhander49 we are aware of the dificulty of this choice , but we have the right to dream and these dreams give us the force to continue to fight for our destiny and for our dream , becoma a pilot
I came to tears watching this video. My father has always offered me the opportunity to fly, as he is a pilot himself; and when I was a kid I wanted to be an airforce pilot. However, during my youth other interested overshadowed that dream. A couple years ago I took his offer as a platform to do other things after "making it to the airlines", and didn't appreciate it for what it was. Now I'm a CFI and see the path that this has set me on. It took me 4 years of flying, but I have recently fallen deeply in love with it. Thank you for uploading these videos. They are truly a work of art.
FlightChops I love your videos flight chops. The one were you flown in Vancouver and you flown on a Man made aircraft with rear wheel. I wanna be a 737 pilot for my national carrier taag, and this helped me out to go on with my dream. Your videos helped me a lot on training and even on Atc, the which you did with stevokinevo1 I loved it. thanks and keep up with the work?
A synopsis of a pilot's work. Hours, days, months, years, decades of almost everyday flying. Moments of reality becomes a blur and finally become memories of the past as he flies to the sunset. It is incomparably beautiful. Not everyone gets to experience it. The pilot retires at 65 and outlives his career. Life goes on. 👏👏👏🍷🏍
I've been in training for 2 months to fly this beautiful airplane and the pressure and the stress is really tough, and watch videos like these gives me strenght and confidence to do a great job for my checkride this week. thank you for sharing!
2:53 is so beautiful it almost made me forget my fear of flying. These editing skills are effin wild. I cannot get over how it looks like the land is on fire.
These timelapses are truly unbelievable. The combination of technology and beautiful nature, I could watch it all day long. Highly respect your work in the skies, Sir. I'm bound to the ground, my office has anywhere from 12 to 64 axles, wheels of steel and up to 16'000 horsepower. But I love what I do and my job gets me (and your colleagues) to Zurich Airport multiple times a week.
I cant believe how beautiful your videos are, I am a flight attendant for Qantas on the 737-800 and this makes me really appreciate what you guys do in the flight deck even more! thanks heaps I really enjoy your videos :)
This video was shown today at our avionics course at our university (TU Delft) as an example for the various avionics on board of an airliner. Funny to see it again in the classroom. Keep up the good work!
I’m studying electronics engineering, did not want to be a pilot before. I have researched this sector a bit and im starting to like it now. Your videos kicked me the adrenaline and now i’m considering studying to be a pilot! Thank you for your time to create this beauty :)
I sometimes lose hope in my dreams of being able to fly. Times are tough, but your videos really help in cheering us and inspiring us to never give up on our dream of flying. Thank you for all you efforts in making this video. To my fellow dreamers, never give up! Always keep on pushing to get closer to your dreams. Never let your dreams be just dreams.
There's only one bad thing about this video...is that it ends! Congratulations and the only thing left to say is to appreciate what you sir are doing for this community. Good Job! Thanks!
The most beautiful and perfect that I will see in a long time, is incredible all that we can appreciate, and many times we do not see it because we are completely blind we do not see our surroundings, our landscapes, simply this is the best work in the world
