    My replacement gu mechanism only seems to lock following these step... Turn the key, left the handle up, when push the handle down. My previous mechanism just needed the handle lifted up.

    Have something similar on a new door and frustrated that when my door shuts, it is automatically locked from the outside. Only way in is with a key. Wondering if there is a handle set that may be compatible so that I have ability to open from the outside.. ??

    I have same door lock everything is linked up but bottom lock didn’t filing all the way

    bought the identical lock system but it did not come with the new keyed lock. How do I get the old one out? There are no screws to take about the lock unit, only pins. Do I have to knock out the pins to replace the keyed part of the lock? # 35/92 E19784
