I just have one question about the word you used for going before Hashem and listening; you said kavanah, which I thought meant intentionality. I thought the word for going before Hashem was hitbodedut? I'm probably mixing up my words!
Well Fargo chabbad doesn't have a judaica store they told me too make my own challah and get shabbat candles from a grocery store I will order from fig tree and artscroll
