    When I first did this two years ago I could barely make it through with 10lb dumbbells, coming back to it today I got through it with 25lbs, all due to you Caroline!! Thank you!

    Round 2 and I'm shaking at the end.
    Proud to say I now do lower body with 10kg vs the 5kg I started with.

      I am just coming around to Epic 1. I finished Epic 3 in November. I started Epic 1 during Caroline's hiatus.
      Increasing the amount of weight you use shows advancement.

      I totally agree!! I don’t like when YT trainers disguise their fatigue with showing ‘proper form’ instead of just breaking! Showing fatigue makes her human! 💕

    Just wanted to share something interesting... I found Caroline in August this year on UA-cam when searching for an exercise ball video. So grateful that day led me to your channel. I have been hooked ever since. Love the EPIC program. I am ur biggest fan and I love this community. So great to be part of this journey... And guess what... After only 14 days I see a massive difference in my body and feel amazing. I will share my before and after pics only after the 10 weeks, but this is E. P. I. C.!!!

    Did this with PLEASURE on my friday evening, that says enough about Caroline' s workouts!
    I love the timer and
    I really liked the repetitions! Made me practice my form plus to me it went faster. Now cup of herbal tea and relax.. no friday wine, don't want to ruin my afterburn. See you all sunday champions and a big thank you to Caroline! X

      Hello, Lida! I also just completed this workout a little while ago, but it is only 1:00 p.m. for me, with the whole afternoon yet to go out for some fresh air! Oh i love Rooibos too, i also have lots of jars with herbs and spices that i mix for herb tea's. I dont follow the whole program and i do modify some things but i love the program. Ofcourse Caroline cannot reply to all comments but she does read it and takes feedback seriously and thats awesome. Have a great day GG, make it a superday because today will never come back ;)

    During these longer work outs, I always get so intimidated by the % indicator at first. And every time I get to the end, I’m like “woah!! I freaking DID IT!!!!!”😃😃😃 Getting stronger every day, and feeling great! Thank you, Caroline!🙏🏼💖

    I used to be professional marathon runner with very good results. I have never has the body as strong as now. The big difference is that now I have been following Caroline for six months. Thank you very much.

    I’m a little tired today because I haven’t gotten enough sleep the night before but I decided to workout anyway hahaha. I wanted to quit somewhere around the DB squats but I persevered. Instead of skipping the workout entirely, I just put my dumbbells down for some exercises. At first, I didn’t know why I would feel bad if I’d just skip working out today but then it hit me. I was exercising as best as I could because I refused to be a quitter, even though I’m a bit fatigued. 😂
    If there’s one thing I learnt today, it is that good workout days build muscles, while bad workout days build identity.
    Thank you for this workout video, Caroline. Looking forward to my next workout with you 🤭

    I enjoyed this one second time round as much as the first
    I’m a student nutritionist and I had a lecture yesterday on peri menopause and menopause. The effects of strength training to help with these stages is phenomenal. Thank you Caroline for helping me through 👌🏻🙏🏼🙌🏻💜💜

    Just finished this workout and oh my God, did I want to scream out and cry with joy when that last renegade row plank was over! I’m only this far into the EPIC program, but I have seen fluctuations and changes, some days better than others, during the journey thus far! I’m noticing a positive difference already in my muscles and I can’t wait to see how I look and feel by the end of the EPIC program!

    Totally speechless, Caroline! I made it through - need to work on the V sit tuck to hollow (can’t quite sit from laying so fast) and I’m still not able to do all the FULL pushups but I do the ones from my knees. When a workout gets really tough for me I think of all the people I know who perhaps physically may never be able to do something like this and I think what a privilege it is to be able to try my best - just because I CAN! Many thanks!

      Well done. It’s great to approach each of Caroline's workouts not quite knowing how the body will be challenged. I was better at the 'maker' today but couldn’t manage the tricep push up. Rest up and get ready for Sunday.

    I feel like I'm becoming stronger every day. In this past 2 almost 3 weeks I've lost 4 pounds and gained a lot of strength and endurance, I was not doing any especific diet but now I have the guide a nutrition especialist I'm it will be EPIC all the way 😍🤩🎉 Thanks Caroline for these workout guides

    Ok that was good, seriously good. It was the right tempo with good functional moves. It was perfect to increase weights and see growth. Today I hit a milestone I done 5 push-ups on my toes with a band. It’s taken 21 weeks but I’m on my toes🎉 I also got the makers done with 10kgs. I’m ready for my day and tomorrow’s hiit ❤

    This was the hardest of your workouts so far, Caroline... Every muscle in my body has been worked and...will most likely be sore like hell tomorrow. Your strength is so impressive! I ranged my dumbbells between 6.5 kg and 10.5 kg, depending if it was an upper body or a lower body exercise. The tricep pushups defeated me... Truly EPIC workout!

    Today I was able to do at least 10 full pushups each set. Day 1 of EPIC I could do 1. I feel so much stronger! Amazing! Thank you!

    I am on my day 14! Yeaaaaassss! I can see the results physically. Getting more stronger and better. In terms of weight - I just started being on calorie deficit from a month ago - so, there not much change. I will make sure to update when I finish the EPIC 1 program! Caroline, I just can’t thank you enough .

    I replaced all my sports programs with your EPIC & HIIT workout :)

    Wow that was the first time the ending ever snuck up on me! I was so focused on those last two sets that when I heard the ending music I actually said “wait it’s already over??” out loud. Thank you Caroline for another amazing workout. I feel stronger and stronger every day 💪🏼❤️

    Bellissimo e efficacissimo workout, come tutti quelli seguiti fino ad ora.
    Ti seguo con impegno e i risultati si vedono in termini di forza, agilità e modellamento del corpo.
    Poi il sorriso rassicurante, le spiegazioni gestuali prima di ogni esercizio nuovo sono un incentivo a non mollare.

    Took the last 4 days off due to extreme fatigue (PMS related), and focused on just getting my cardio movements instead. Even though I'm feeling awful, I'm gonna try push on and get this done today. Usually, when I fall off its hard to come back, but not this time around with Caroline!

    This one was very emotional for me! I cried during the RDLs because I am so proud of myself, laughed during the triceps press into triceps pushups because that's a ridiculously difficult combo, and felt psyched about the music the entire time. Caroline, your workouts are healing mental and physical injuries that I've learned to deal with over the last few decades. It's really incredible work we're doing here. Thank you! Can't wait for Beastmode on Monday!!!

    I found Caroline browsing videos looking for glutes exercises. I was doing the Les Mills combat class pretty much every day. Since I had seen A LOT of fitness videos on youtube I figured I could do both classes back to back. Ha, it was mostly mat exercises after all, I figured. Boy was I mistaken. I started doing once a week then twice pretty soon I found myself doing 5 videos a week and after the EPIC program started I look forward to it each day. Caroline you make my day, so incredibly grateful.

    Been two weeks, I'm able to do most exercises with 5kg dumbbells instead of 2.5, and my arms are getting noticeably muscular! There's not much change in my stomach, but I feel much stronger and better than before. Such an uplifting and fun program!

    It so encouraging when you start to notice your muscles look more pronounced and rounded. Since FUEL and now EPIC I see me body changing! I can’t wait to see how much I change in the next two months!! Woohoo happy day 14 ya’ll!

    Could keep up with 10 kg for almost 90% of the workout, except for the flies and the side plank, had to drop down to 8 kg… but I can see my progress since my first EPIC program on January 2021 💪 I owe it all to Caroline 😍😍🥰

    My arms were like curly wurlys at the end and shaking all over the place, that’s never happened before, maybe because I used heavier weights. Those tricep push ups are a killer, I need to get better at those. My most challenging workout as yet. My arms are so pumped! Thanks so much Caroline Day 14 of EPIC complete! Wahooo 👏🏻🙌🏻 xxx

    Thank you sooooo much for this workout! I was going through a really unproductive phase the past few days and I wasn't even going to do this workout, but I showed up and did it anyway and I could not be happier that I did. You never fail to kill my body, somehow also making me feel more alive than ever at the same time. I feel so much readier to do the stuff I need to do now...Thank you for always making my day better!     I'm not doing the EPIC program every days, but I still try to do them in the order 3 times a week. I love it ! I have so much respect for people who did it 14 days in the row until the end! I love the playlist, but it would be great to have different musics each time :D Thanks Caroline

    Started recently the program.... First days my muscles were so sore, even if I did some exercises before (also found on youtube) - but I guess it was nothing compared with how Caroline pushes us. :)
    Now I find myself a bit surprised everyday when I feel the workout is so hard but no muscle pain the next day. Hehehe, I guess I'm slowly getting stronger.
    To be honest, these days when we have one hour exercises are my least favorite. I feel like I've been working out since forever and I look at the screen and see just 10% I feel like screaming. :)) But pushing through it and felling proud once I've completed it.
    Just ordered a new set of dumbbells and I can't wait to get them. :D
    Caroline is such an inspiration, I love how dedicated she is, I love seeing her working out together with us and seeing her also struggle sometimes (I feel less bad cause if she struggles or needs a break, I feel like it's ok if I feel like I am dying :))) ). And damn, her body is just amazing.

    pretty proud of me, as I was able to finish this Epic Day14 ... but it has been really tough for me !! I am not yet 50 y.o. but seems that I am struggling more than people over 50's so I will continue and hope to see my progress . Thanks a lot Caroline for all these programs that you are providing to all of us ! My oldest daughter is on your EPIC III program and loves it !

    DAY 14 Hello Caroline, what I really love about your workouts are that they are like a Jigsaw, all the pieces fit seamlessly together and the end you have the full picture. So many PTs just stick a serious of exercises together but yours link and before you know it the fullybody is complete. Also well done on todays edit there was an amazing amount of editing and inserting today and all perfect 👌. Really felt my legs today those band exercises on Wednesday clearly took its toll (I know you did warn me I would feel it ) but made it through. The shoulders section was tough enough with 12.5s and please tell me after flyes you found the press-ups tough especially the tricep ones. 🔥🔥🔥Makers are just a killer but what doesn't kill ya makes you stronger 💪. All in all I'm a happy bunny who's more than a little tight after that super workout. See ya Sunday for HIIT and have a lovely weekend 😉

      @@bethanybauk Hi Bethany 👋 oh those chest moves and I love working chest supersets. The tricep press followed by the tricep Push-up was just crazy, had to take a pitstop at about 30secs on the press-ups before pumping a few more out. Nice routine dont ya think 🔥🔥🔥😉

      Anthony Carson it was amazing! We didn’t rest yesterday but did her Beginners Day 2 and it had a TON of cobra pushups so working upper body today was killer!! 😅 Loved every bit! I modified and did cobras because I couldn’t even get 3 on my toes today! 😂

    Very excited to do this in the evening!!! We are doing makers today!! Love doing it!! I love your full body workouts.. You are the only trainer who can bring so many variations in the exercise which makes it fun to do. I thoroughly enjoy doing your workouts!! Your instructions have helped me to focus on the right muscles during exercise. You are the reason that I can see increased strength, endurance and flexibility in myself.     Completed with 6.5kg dumbbells. I considering going up to 7.5kg, but I'm glad I didn't as 6.5kg was pretty much ideal.
    Reading the comments I'm impressed to see quite a few ladies attempting this with 10kg/20lb! 💪
    One of the best things about Caroline's workouts is the way she struggles along with us; it's a reminder that these workouts are seriously tough regardless of how fit you are, and it makes me want to push myself even harder.

    Hey there Caroline :) I have started doing your Full Body workouts twice a week and then hiit or your cardio on Sundays and then the other days I do yoga and like to take walks and hikes and sometimes trail runs with my family :) I can’t tell you how thankful I am for you. I have never really exercised before. I am naturally very thin so weight wasn’t a problem but as I reached my 40s I really stared feeing embarrassed about the way my body looked just soft and saggy and weak. I have muscles now because of you! And strength that feels so good! I had tried other workouts but couldn’t stick with it bc I felt intimidated or didn’t understand the proper way to do it and sometimes got injured. You are so friendly and so positive and encouraging and so giving. We are all so thankful for you ❤️ I hope you and you family had a wonderful thanksgiving :)
