I would like to share this with you guys. Three months ago I was 189 I’ve lost 30 pounds . When I started workout there was only one friend she always told me that I can’t do it . Yesterday she came to visit me and when she saw me she shocked please don’t listen to anyone who tried to make you feel ashamed of yourself and let you feel down do your best and you will get it.
When Caroline says full body she means it. Squats, lunges, rows, crunches ..... And just for fun start out with wall sits with weights, all with a smile. Epic variety, Epic trainer..
To be completely honest, this was difficult for me. Physically, but mostly mentally. Something was just off in my mindset I don’t know. I guess we all have better and worse days. But I’m still going to be proud of myself for getting out of bed and doing this and not quitting. Keep going everyone ❤️
I felt exactly the same today! Really wanted to stop and give up a few times but I pushed through (yeay!). Working out today was not fun at all but that is okay too. Tomorrow is my rest day so I kept thinking about that, haha...

I thought the same. The 1 hour length plus 15 sec break between tough exercises. Took a massive amount of will power and by the end I was so exhausted mentally and physically I was skipping a fair few!
We have to remember that not all of us are as fit as Caroline, so if you do the best you can, feel the efforts in your muscles and cardio than you are doing great. I had to stop the video twice for an extra minute to breath, and also had to skip the push-ups, but for me, to be able to do most of this workout is an achievement.
I’m 60 and just completed the entire workout! Granted it was not as graceful as Caroline’s video to watch lol but I stayed the course because of her inspiring energy! Since I’ve started practicing her workouts 2 months ago I feel like I’m 30 again instead of feeling older than 60 as I was feeling before I started her workouts. Thank you Caroline from the bottom of my heart for your generosity in sharing your knowledge and passion and being a wonderful role model for the world to follow ❤️😍🥰😍🥰❤️

So many positive things about your workouts! 1) Your cheerful demeanor. 2) You actually acknowledge your audience at times with your hand gestures and eye contact unlike other fitness coach videos. 3) Your music selection is motivating and fun to listen too. 4) The displayed timer ⏱ really helps cuz I tell myself “I can handle almost anything that lasts less than a minute (lol ) so hang in there.” 5) It turns out your workouts are filled with hundreds of little successes packed in an hour or less. 6) Your routines are not constantly repetitive which keeps it from getting boring. You are truly brilliant! Thank you 🙏 so much for being you and I look forward to doing your inspiring videos for the balance of my life even well into my 90’s hopefully if I’m able. To anyone who had/chose to do a few (or a lot) of modified versions of Caroline's exercises: your workout was still VALID! Maybe you had an off day today, or maybe you just aren't as strong as Caroline yet (like a lot of us!). Whatever the reason, it's okay. Consistently showing up and doing your best is all that matters. Keep it up! You can do this.
The thing that I love most about this program is I’m not only getting physically stronger but I’m mentally stronger too. I’ve found my self pushing myself a little harder each time- stretch a little further, squat a little deeper, do one more rep. It’s amazing and I don’t think there’s many you tubers that can bring that to their viewers. Caroline Girvan, you are such a blessing ❤️
I had to stop for a minute every so often and have a little cry and feel sorry for myself today but l pushed through. This was by far the toughest one yet in this series, thank you Caroline.
Caroline, I cannot thank you enough. These workouts are incredibly well designed and produced. I live in Colorado and have been skiing and mountain biking my whole life. This will be my 59th year on skis, and I plan on skiing every day I can between now and the end. One of the things I've noticed getting older is a degradation of quickness and explosiveness. I've been working out in the garage since the pandemic hit with a variety of UA-cam fitness channels and eventually found yours. I have to say your workouts are the best. During the pandemic, I dropped from 205 to 175 lbs., all thanks to you, eliminating alcohol and eating right. I look forward to the rest of your workouts with enthusiasm. It's my new hobby. I also look forward to the strength and explosiveness I've been building skiing this winter. Thanks ever so much for helping this old guy preserving and improving on what's left. Big hugs to you and all the people working out together. What an amazing thing!
I realized today that I'm obsessed with strength training at home! I would have never gone to the weights area at my gym but at home I feel so confident!! Feeling so strong after each workout. I was feeling sore wrists and got some WAGS gloves and now my push-ups and planks are so much better!! Thanks so much Caroline! Happy valentines day everyone! 💓
I am an almost 58 YO guy in the NY metro area and I have been doing live class, trainer and online HIIT for many years. Your program is by far the best on the internet. Why? Your workouts are hard moderate to difficult, the programming is logical and not random (e.g. 90 day program), the workouts are varied and on average the right length (1/2 hour to one hour). Your studio is beautiful and your music is great. I like the fact that you do not talk during the workouts -- you are a bit of a mime. Keep it up Caroline!!
Some people will never comprehend how much we appreciate Caroline. Another amazing workout. I’m only able to achieve a solid 80% of the workout but still amazing
Full body workouts are my favourite but today I was seriously struggling I wanted to quit about 50 times but I kept pushing myself and was so happy to complete it. I think Caroline has something about her that encourages you to challenge yourself and never give up 😃

It amazes me every time I see dislikes for one of Caroline’s workout. Her personality and energy exudes from her videos. Every workout is fun but also hard and very challenging. Epic 19 was a powerful workout. Sweating profusely! I’ve never commented on her outfits but I love them all especially the top she wore today. One of my favorites. I love flowers 💐 🌸 🌺
Today was the first time that i tried the push ups - until now, i just did them at an incline, sure i could NOT do a normal one. Well... i did 13 REAL PUSHUPS!!!!!!!! Didn't dip as low as i hope to, but this is huge for me. It's only taken me 52 years... and Epic beginners and 18 days of EPIC 1. Thank you CG!

DAY 19 Fullbody in the true sense of the word. Every 4th set just got harder and harder with 15 kg DB but managed not to drop for any of the sets .Loved the curl to press on the knee that was a great wee move. Like everyone else I was dripping at the end off it. Have a great weekend everyone 😀

WOW! This was amazing. I was able to do 20lbs per hand until about 40% of the workout, then dropped to 15 per hand. My clothes are soaked! This was super challenging but I didn't hit pause once. Thank you Caroline! Have a great weekend and see you Sunday.

Wow, this was the one where I really felt how much stronger I've become. On the one arm shoulder press, I was doing 20 pounds and feeling totally in control of it. For the pushups, I took momentary breaks but never went to the knees. I've never felt as strong in the upper body as I did today! Thanks for making these, Caroline. :)
Holy wow! This day was intense. I started this journey 25 days ago. I am getting used to just being sore all the time and learning to love it. You always workout with a smile on your face and it fuels me to keep going. I absolutely love the diversity if moves and how unique each workout is. I have been following this excellent Epic program, I've been very broken through work based injuries and have been using it to build back my muscle, I'm 50 and last week I did a handstand even though I thought I wouldn't manage it, I've dropped 2 dress sizes in 6 months, gained a six pack and feel fantastic, thank you Caroline, love your workouts XX

Day 19 completed! Today's workout was definitely hard, and that's exactly why I feel EPIC after doing it. I really wanted to give up around 30% of the workout but I pushed through. I always do! And it's because of the structure that Caroline has given to these EPIC workouts.💪 Thank you so much Caroline for these EPIC workouts. This was my best Friday workout. Loved every second of it. After driving the whole day I felt tired but then I remembered that the best time to do anything is when you don't feel like it. And to top it all off the workout was done in the bathroom coz there was not enough space in the bedroom. I SALUTE YOU SUPERWOMAN CG.

i was not in a good mood today, but still did it, even if i didn't do my "best". still saw the improvments. i couldn't even do a proper push up in day 1, and now i just crush them! definitely getting new weights.. for anyone who is thinking of skipping: just don't! try your best! i always feel motivated by other comments. so i guess it s my turn today.
i just got 10 pound weights and used them for the first time today and holy cow did i sweat like crazy! i went from using 5 pound weights to 10 and was able to do the full hour with only the 10s! Excited for a rest day tomorrow.

I'm late to the game here, having only discovered CG a few weeks ago. I was bored to tears with my own routine and with Covid I've had to take my workouts to the mat in my own tiny home. Sometime in the summer I also discovered Cat Meffan who is a Yoga instructor and I started mixing her yoga (I was not a Yoga person) in with my own workouts which helped. Her Yoga increased my body strength and helped with my growing depression and anxiety. I bit about me is that I have been an on again off again weightlifter since I was 19 (I am now 58) with periods of running, spin classes and kickboxing. I then did nothing for a good 7 years which was not good and picked up smoking on again off again, had quit corporate and began bartending, being on my feet sometimes 9 hours a day. In 2015 I kicked the toxic relationships and the smoking and went back to the gym. from 2016 on to the summer of 2019, I was full on back in the gym. In the meantime past injuries began haunting me, and the years of being on my feet and has caused massive pain in my legs and feet along with apparently the onset of Osteoarthritis. I also was having trouble with aerobic and hadn't been able to do anything aerobically taxing and recently found out I have mild emphysema. So needless to say, I am active but its a fight every damn day to not give in to the pain throughout my body and the difficulty in catching my breath. Ill be damned if I let that get in the way. So... after this long story, back to how i got here to CG's youtube page. I found her through Cat Meffan's subscriptions and figured I would give her a try. And Holy shit!!! With all my years of working out I haven't been this sore or taxed in forever!! I don't who the naysayers are with their thumbs down, but they haven't a clue apparently what a really good workout is. I have been raving about CG since and do her workouts at least three times a week along with Cat Meffan's yoga. I have struggled with loss in the last two years, isolation with living in a state I have not many friends (moved here from CA to care for my parents) and Covid making things worse, I can only say that these workouts have been a life savior. Thank you! Seriously. I hope these continue. I jump around a bit with the EPIC series, But I plan on doing them all!! So dar this one was the most taxing. Peace and love \/ \m/

My first time working out with Caroline in more than a month. I had to take a break because my asthma was really bothering me but I am back now and it feels great!
I’m 13 days behind.. After saying I wouldn’t skip any days for this program. 😤 I was on a UA-cam break though. I left off on day 7, So I will start catching up from there!! I plan to start over once this program is finished and I could always repeat it in the future! You helped me lose so much weight in just 2 months, 20 lbs to be exact!! I know I’ve told you before, but in case anyone else has just started, She WILL help you shred off many.
Cannot believe my strength improvements from day 1. Honestly boggled by it! Thrilled that I barely had to stop throughout this workout. Less thrilled now I know that means I need to go up a dumbbell 😂 Thanks Caroline, these workouts are EVERYTHING I needed for lockdown 3 in rainy old England

Yaassss! Day 19 complete, and I must admit, this kicked my hiney! The dumbbell complex😳at one point, I almost couldn’t get back up from a squat🤣🤣🤣 I am so thankful that I found Caroline, because these are the types of workouts that are beneficial to me. My body says thank you; my muscle memory recall has said “I’m baaack!” I am more flexible, (due to my mobility issue), have more energy, and stronger. Caroline, I cannot thank you enough. These workouts are incredibly well designed and produced. I live in Colorado and have been skiing and mountain biking my whole life. This will be my 59th year on skis, and I plan on skiing every day I can between now and the end. One of the things I've noticed getting older is a degradation of quickness and explosiveness. I've been working out in the garage since the pandemic hit with a variety of UA-cam fitness channels and eventually found yours. I have to say your workouts are the best. During the pandemic, I dropped from 205 to 175 lbs., all thanks to you, eliminating alcohol and eating right. I look forward to the rest of your workouts with enthusiasm. It's my new hobby. I also look forward to the strength and explosiveness I've been building skiing this winter. Thanks ever so much for helping this old guy preserving and improving on what's left. Big hugs to you and all the people working out together. What an amazing thing!

I realized today that I'm obsessed with strength training at home! I would have never gone to the weights area at my gym but at home I feel so confident!! Feeling so strong after each workout. I was feeling sore wrists and got some WAGS gloves and now my push-ups and planks are so much better!! Thanks so much Caroline! Happy valentines day everyone! 💓
I am an almost 58 YO guy in the NY metro area and I have been doing live class, trainer and online HIIT for many years. Your program is by far the best on the internet. Why? Your workouts are hard moderate to difficult, the programming is logical and not random (e.g. 90 day program), the workouts are varied and on average the right length (1/2 hour to one hour). Your studio is beautiful and your music is great. I like the fact that you do not talk during the workouts -- you are a bit of a mime. Keep it up Caroline!!

It amazes me every time I see dislikes for one of Caroline’s workout. Her personality and energy exudes from her videos. Every workout is fun but also hard and very challenging. Today was the first time that i tried the push ups - until now, i just did them at an incline, sure i could NOT do a normal one. Well... i did 13 REAL PUSHUPS!!!!!!!! Didn't dip as low as i hope to, but this is huge for me. It's only taken me 52 years... and Epic beginners and 18 days of EPIC 1. Thank you CG!

DAY 19 Fullbody in the true sense of the word. Every 4th set just got harder and harder with 15 kg DB but managed not to drop for any of the sets .Loved the curl to press on the knee that was a great wee move. Like everyone else I was dripping at the end off it. Have a great weekend everyone 😀

WOW! This was amazing. I was able to do 20lbs per hand until about 40% of the workout, then dropped to 15 per hand. My clothes are soaked! This was super challenging but I didn't hit pause once. Thank you Caroline! Have a great weekend and see you Sunday.

Wow, this was the one where I really felt how much stronger I've become. On the one arm shoulder press, I was doing 20 pounds and feeling totally in control of it. For the pushups, I took momentary breaks but never went to the knees. I've never felt as strong in the upper body as I did today! Thanks for making these, Caroline. :)
Holy wow! This day was intense. I started this journey 25 days ago. I am getting used to just being sore all the time and learning to love it. You always workout with a smile on your face and it fuels me to keep going. I absolutely love the diversity if moves and how unique each workout is. I have been following this excellent Epic program, I've been very broken through work based injuries and have been using it to build back my muscle, I'm 50 and last week I did a handstand even though I thought I wouldn't manage it, I've dropped 2 dress sizes in 6 months, gained a six pack and feel fantastic, thank you Caroline, love your workouts XX

Today's workout was definitely hard, and that's exactly why I feel EPIC after doing it. I really wanted to give up around 30% of the workout but I pushed through. I always do! And it's because of the structure that Caroline has given to these EPIC workouts.💪

This was my best Friday workout. Loved every second of it. After driving the whole day I felt tired but then I remembered that the best time to do anything is when you don't feel like it.
And to top it all off the workout was done in the bathroom coz there was not enough space in the bedroom.

i just got 10 pound weights and used them for the first time today and holy cow did i sweat like crazy! i went from using 5 pound weights to 10 and was able to do the full hour with only the 10s! Excited for a rest day tomorrow.

I'm late to the game here, having only discovered CG a few weeks ago. I was bored to tears with my own routine and with Covid I've had to take my workouts to the mat in my own tiny home. Sometime in the summer I also discovered Cat Meffan who is a Yoga instructor and I started mixing her yoga (I was not a Yoga person) in with my own workouts which helped. Her Yoga increased my body strength and helped with my growing depression and anxiety. I bit about me is that I have been an on again off again weightlifter since I was 19 (I am now 58) with periods of running, spin classes and kickboxing. I then did nothing for a good 7 years which was not good and picked up smoking on again off again, had quit corporate and began bartending, being on my feet sometimes 9 hours a day. In 2015 I kicked the toxic relationships and the smoking and went back to the gym. from 2016 on to the summer of 2019, I was full on back in the gym. In the meantime past injuries began haunting me, and the years of being on my feet and has caused massive pain in my legs and feet along with apparently the onset of Osteoarthritis. I also was having trouble with aerobic and hadn't been able to do anything aerobically taxing and recently found out I have mild emphysema. So needless to say, I am active but its a fight every damn day to not give in to the pain throughout my body and the difficulty in catching my breath. Ill be damned if I let that get in the way. So... after this long story, back to how i got here to CG's youtube page. I found her through Cat Meffan's subscriptions and figured I would give her a try. And Holy shit!!! With all my years of working out I haven't been this sore or taxed in forever!! I don't who the naysayers are with their thumbs down, but they haven't a clue apparently what a really good workout is. I have been raving about CG since and do her workouts at least three times a week along with Cat Meffan's yoga. I have struggled with loss in the last two years, isolation with living in a state I have not many friends (moved here from CA to care for my parents) and Covid making things worse, I can only say that these workouts have been a life savior. Thank you! Seriously. I hope these continue. I jump around a bit with the EPIC series, But I plan on doing them all!! So dar this one was the most taxing. Peace and love \/ \m/

I’m 13 days behind.. After saying I wouldn’t skip any days for this program. 😤 I was on a UA-cam break though. I left off on day 7, So I will start catching up from there!! I plan to start over once this program is finished and I could always repeat it in the future! You helped me lose so much weight in just 2 months, 20 lbs to be exact!! The dumbbell complex😳at one point, I almost couldn’t get back up from a squat🤣🤣🤣 I am so thankful that I found Caroline, because these are the types of workouts that are beneficial to me. My body says thank you; my muscle memory recall has said “I’m baaack!” I am more flexible, (due to my mobility issue), have more energy, and stronger.
