My father told me this long back when I started learning driving. He said, Always be aware of dogs and women riders and drivers. They have no logic and they can come in front of you anytime without any reason. I remember to this date.

the main culprit was the lady bacause of whom the honda city had to brake suddenly and the rest followed.also the bike rider should have expected the unexpected,no doubt he was at fault.but in india in case of accidents ,maximum times karta koi aur hai aur bharta koi aur hai.

agreed that the lady had signalled before turning right but she should have waited for so many other vehicles coming from behind to pass as they were quite close,no doubt the biker was exceeding speed and could not control his speed.
Problem is also associated with "on road" parking of vehicles.
Biker was driving at a pretty much high speed compared to type of road he was plying on.
Most importantly, the speed that we drive at, and the distance that the traffic allows from the vehicle in front of us, should be in sync.
In this case, the stupidity was done by the lady on loona. The car driver saved himself from "haay re, aunty ko maar diya" by applying breaks in time, because he had enough distance. Same applies to the scooty rider. But the bike driver was driving too fast, and he didn't even try to apply breaks, but tried to overtake, by changing the lanes. He was lucky that he got hit by the scooty in front of him, and not by the car recording this footage.
The guy more looks like a financers one so he might be in hurry because they are too busy and having much work and they forced to reach the particular destination on time unless the boss will cut off the salary.. so some job like this are reason for hurry.

In the second incident there was absolutely no fault of the woman but the biker. Despite seeing halted vehicles he tried to overtake incorrectly without an ounce of judgement. Yes the woman was stupid too. But she was not the cause of the accident

Thumb rule is that you always have to judge the distance and speed with your front vehicle accordingly so that if the front vehicle applies a sudden brake then you also should be able to brake it before hitting the front vehicle. It was clearly the bikers fault. It has nothing to do with speed limit of road.
The judgement is a 4 sec rule in Summer. 6 secs in Rainy season..
@@maddynmad I follow this and get rear ended by others who don't follow this rule. 4 second gap is enough for a random auto, taxi or chappri to edge you out.

ALWAYS USE THE FRONT BRAKE! The Pulsar was skidding because of which rider lost control. Skidding happens when you don't use the front brake. Riders must learn to use both brakes, and the FRONT BRAKE IS ALWAYS MORE IMPORTANT.

Any car or bike can brake suddenly due to any reason whatsoever. That's no reason to blame them. You are always supposed to maintain enough distance from the vehicle in front so that you can safely stop your own car/bike in case of sudden braking. If you can't stop on time, it means you were tailgating.
I understand that it's the woman who was at fault and started the chain reaction with her stupidity. But ultimately it's the biker who caused his own injury.

1st incident why is the car stopped, this resulted in the scooter rider to overtake (in a sense), however as you pointed out need to check in the mirror before joining or merging from one lane to another.
2nd incident, the bike rider was not in control of his vehicle. it doesn't matter where you drive you should have a 2-second gap between vehicles as it is the minimum time required for your reflex to kick in. As pointed out one idiot driver wanted to take a right turn, which made the following vehicles stop resulting in the accident. Blame also lies on the road design, why would you allow a right turn when it is clear the opposite side traffic is heavy?
