April 2022,
I met an small accident with a mid aged person with my car. He was on a cycle. And as it is in this video, he just shoved himself into a curved village road from a small road. It was a blind spot because of bushes, and the uncle just collided with my bonet. As the speed was low( approx 30km/h ).
Uncle just got hurt at his feet. I stoped there and called his son. They came and i brought them to nearest hospital, baring the expenses also as per doctor's prescriptions. I asked them to inform the police also as the incident was occurred near police station only but they didn't want to do so. After a week they filed a case against us☺️👍🏻
I am not talking about the police and judicial system. Hari om 🙏🏻

Dash cam was needed. I bet notorious ralatives or neighbours of that man must had forced him to file complain against you, just so that they can get some money in the name of compensation or medical expense. The cops were involved too i guess

other people should know, that the 'himalayan' rider is THAT guy... this is why those people often neglect wearing helmets or safety gears, just for show-off... the safety gears will hide their faces, so how would they show off in the first place...? typical RE owner mentality.

the second accident is from a near by area from us and i do agree that there are many accidents happening there, actually there are 2 ways for public busses to go, but in this area there is only one divider, normally there are 2 dividers differentiating normal roads and bus road [BRT road] which creates confusion and accidents frequently, big intersection adds to confusion, but still the biker was for blame in this situation. And guys please drive/ride carefully.

Yes, many accidents happen here because of the confusing divider and many roads merging, The bike was merging on the main road not crossing, Here the car can lower its speed to give the way to biker.
Although both the car drivers were following traffic rulers and did not commit any mistake as per the dashcam footage and thr bike and scooty driver were the ones who commited the mistakes. These situations occur very frequently atleast with me and are easily avoidable in my opinion. You can not change other people but you have to adjust how you drive. In the first footage if the car driver had seen the bike driver in the rear view mirror and could have applied common sense by seeing the momentum rider was carrying he should have stopped and in the second footage if the driver would have been proper attention to the surroundings he could have easily braked and avoided the accident. In both the cases, the car driver could have applied brakes in time, to save 2 wheelers
in the first video, I would partially blame the car driver as well. Its one of the basic rule of thumb of city driving- that you have keep yourself to your extreme right, sticking to the divider, blink indicators way before the turn and finally giving hand gestures during day time... before taking a U-turn towards right hand side; all this gives ample amount of info to the other drivers on road about where you are on road and where you want to go.
if your car is already in the middle of the road (like this dude), people would find it hard to notice where you actually want to go.
Wrong. you cannot take a complete u-turn on a narrow road like that by sticking to the median, besides, he was already close enough. Otherwise the driver would have to make a two point u turn. The rider was at fault completely. He failed to see the indicator, or the fact that the car was slowing down.
@@neerajbaviskar305 i can make full u-turns, by sticking car to the right lane, with divider, and without 2 point breaks... with the right skill, everyone can do it.
@@realracing3specter295 no you can't on a narrow road in an SUV like that. Also, not everyone can. Or maybe this driver can't. Just because you think yourself as a racecar driver doesn't mean everyone can and that does not make them a bad driver either.

in the first video, I driver needs to keep the car at extreme right, if he is taking U turn. Fault is of car driver. Thats why he doesn't see scooty driver in ORVM.

In both the accidents, the four wheeler drivers have made no efforts to save the two wheeler riders. There are humans on two wheelers too.
