This video shows you have to change your background image in Microsoft Teams on your mobile phone. You can now choose one of Microsoft's Teams virtual backgrounds or upload your photo on your mobile phone. You can also change your background images on Teams Desktop for Windows and Mac.

Hey Harry can you help me? I'm on a lenovo tab M10 just downloaded teams and the account is provided by our teachers with some security but that doesn't allow for us to not apply background but still I can't see the button as a 7th grade student while in a meeting there are some things going in the background so can you help me?

Android have a less option for setting compared to Ios. The video above is only suitable for Ios users.

Don't worry. You're not alone. I find out that only IOS user have the option for background change. The option is yet available for Android user. Correct me if I am wrong.
