Is it you who schedule the meetings? Because of it's not, then the person who did need to allow it . Otherwise try in other browsers, in the app and not too

@@HerrLaaouini Actually the problem is my PC isn’t supporting avx2 it has only avx so background option won’t come for PC’s which do not have avx2.

You can easily download another browser eg. Mozilla Firefox or chrome ... it only takes 5min max .
