I am having "boot guard verified dxe that is fail" error and noway to boot the machine or have the bios screen on. The service asked for 250 USD to fix. Is that so? Any idea?
Not completely sure if this support nvme, but one thing sure is 128G model's ssd is liteon cv1-8b128 which is sata3. Unless they expected users to replace that I think it's safe to assume it's sata3 only

no, you can't upgrade the RAM and processor, but if you want more RAM, replace the RAM chip with a higher memory chip through micro-soldering

you need to flash the bios by programmer. RT809h for example
Does NVME m.2 drive work or is it SATA only?
