Lower back tension release in a 10 minute slow yoga flow with assisted bridge pose

  • This short 10-minute flow will release tension in your lower back, while strengthening it at the same. We ultimately end in assisted bridge pose-a glorious relief for your lower back.
    Follow the flow to stretch and release your lower back or skip right to the end to get into assisted bridge pose.
    All pose are safe for pregnancy except cobra or anything on your belly. Use your intuition to stop or start what feels right to you. Don’t stay in an incline for too long.
    Remember that a tense lower back often means your hamstrings are tight (if you have no other back problems). Namaste 🙏🏼
