Hi I have been following for almost a year now and cooked and enjoyed all of them . Even the Bajra cookies and jowar cakes. All the things you talk about our dietician is prescribing to us for a big fee. Any way i am healthy and nearly normal now. I solved my thyroid problem with gluten free diet and my fatty liver condition by consuming gourds everyday in my meal plan especially green Ash gourd , bottle gourd and cucumber in veg and fruits ( pine apple, apple, banana, papaya) smoothies with pudina,lemon juice,flaxseeds powder and a teaspoon of coconut oil. I would like to know more dishes with Foxtail millet, Kodo millet, barnyard millet and Browntop millet Sama . Which our Dr Kadar valli is advocating strongly for all the health problems. thank you.

Nice healthy recipe, nisha ji, instead of cooked rice can we add raw rice. What is difference will there in dosa r idli if we add cooked rice or raw rice. Do clear my doubt. My kids eat all healthy recipes which I make watching ur videos, and some our home traditional healthy recipes. My question to you is that why do we throw away the water in which the grains have been soaked whether it's bajra Rajma or any grain , why to throw away that water don't we lose the nutrients by throwing the water in which grain soaked

Whenever dhe cones to Hyderabad. She asks me to prepare ragi idli . If i cone to know that she is coming to Hyderabad I keep both ragi dosa and ragi udli batters ready for her.
