To Make Bajra Dosa
Pearl Millet - 1 Cup ( 250 )
Urad Dal - 1/2 Cup ( 125 Ml ) (Buy: amzn.to/3KBntVh)
Raw Rice - 1/4 Cup (Buy: amzn.to/451l3HX)
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/3sb5FKd )
Salt (Buy: amzn.to/2vg124l)
Water
Ghee (Buy: amzn.to/2RBvKxw)
Method:
Soak Bajra, (urad dal, rice and fenugreek seeds - 1 bowl) separately for 4 hours.
Grind the bajra first into a smooth paste, transfer to a bowl
then grind the rice, dal and fenugreek seeds together.
Mix both the batters
add salt
ferment the batter for 8-12 hours.
After fermentation, dilute with water, mix and make dosas.
Add ghee to the sides.
Serve the bajra dosa with any chutney of your choice.
