- Chicken & Dressing Casserole Recipe:
Ingredients for chicken and Stuffing Casserole:
- 2 pounds of chicken, diced up into little pieces. Chicken Breast or chicken Thighs
- 2 cans of Cream of chicken soup
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 boxes of Stop Top Stuffing
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- Salt, Pepper, and Onion Powder
Directions to make Chicken and Stuffing hotdish / bake / casserole:
1. Preheat oven to 375F, spray a 9”x13” baking dish with Pam cooking spray.
2. Fry chicken pieces in a little olive oil until slightly browned.
3. Mix soups and mikl in a medium size bowl.
4. Add chicken to the 9”x13” pan, layer evenly.
5. Pour soup, milk mixture over the chicken pieces
6. Sprinkle the stove top dressing over evenly.
7. Pour chicken broth over the stuffing mix making sure to get as much of it covered as possible.
8. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 40 - 45 minutes.

Wow this looks great and it's simple to do that's what I'm looking for. I subscribe to you because I noticed that you were cooking in a air fryer and I was looking for you no recipes to use my air fryer. But this looks like you're a really good cook

"I love Stove Top Stuffing." So true! I love the fact that you went with thighs over breasts. Thighs have a little fat on them which enhances the flavor.
