Chicken and stuffing crock pot: This Was Unexpected!!

Make this recipe for your friends and family tonight. It comes together easily and very quickly. Prepare your crockpot in the morning, and enjoy dinner when you come home from work or errands.
Quick and Easy Chicken and Stuffing Crockpot Recipe
2 lbs chicken or turkey
1 1/2 t season salt
1 t garlic powder
1 t Italian seasoning
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
I box (6 oz) Stuffing Mix (chicken or turkey)
1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup chicken stock
3 medium red potatoes (cubed)
1/2 medium onion (diced)
Place chicken or turkey in bottom of lined crockpot. Season chicken with seasonings. In a separate bowl combine stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup and chicken stock and mix thoroughly. Add potatoes and onions on top of chicken, then pour the stuffing mixture on top. Cook on High for 5 hours or low for 7-8 hours. Serve with your favorite vegetable sides such as green beans, corn, etc. Serves 3-4 people easily.
