Zhou Tai was such a gamechanger with one simple unique ability to slice on one side of the horse. You literally didnt have to get off to do massive dmg. But not only that, his slashes(especially his musou) had like a gravity effect and pulled enemies in. So easy to lock in and rack up KOs. Favorite character in the series.

They brought back Musou Rage and Ultimate Musou Attack from DW5/8 while also having the DW9/SW5 four R1 trigger attacks mixed with classic square and triangle attacks strings.... adding to the remix of old DW4 musics.... maaan iam soo hype. Also it's been confirmed that the character will be speaking (he will have an actual VA for each language) and we will not be able to customize our own (but we will be able to do that with this protagonist) iam kinda okay with this as long as we do play a role in the story and influence his character development
In Wo Long we fight against the Yellow Turban Rebellion, now fight with it. Interesting to see the fight from the other side, kinda. Universes are way different.

remember back then playing DW4 on a PS2 gave me so much joy just slashing through everything. Didn't realize this series is still kickin and actually getting better with the new generation

Guan Yu is introducing himself also as Guan Yunchang, his style name. My experience watching chinese dramas, makes me wants them to keep it this way, it felt more immersive this way.

They could have done cool things with the open world, it's a shame they went backwards with the maps. It would have been nice if you could build up your cities and have certain troops go places etc but no they never do anything new with this series. Would love to see them make a game about the warring states period as well.
