Great recipe, great taste. I changed it up a little the second time I cooked it. At the end I took out the pork, threw a few cups of hot water in, turned on sauté and brought it to a boil. Threw in some 3 minute chow mien noodles and boiled em till cooked and used that as the side. It was great
I made this in an old fashioned manual pressure cooker with 1/2" bone-in chops and it was excellent. Thanks for the recipe.
I made my French-cut bone in chops with this recipe. My family and I loved it! It's so easy to make and the chops were tender and delicious!
My mother and I tonight tried your recipe today in the instant pot. We walked through the entire steps. The finish pork chops were so juicy tender and the gravy made with the left over juice for the mash potatoes was so delicious. We definitely will be using this recipe again. I love pork chops and have to try making them this way and eat them with mashed potatoes, and corn bread. Your dish is looking so wonderful and tasty and one I will be making myself.
Very good recipe. I made this tonight. The only thing that I did differently was to whisk my honey, soy sauce & garlic together in a separate bowl so I that it was already mixed when I added it to the Instant Pot. The sauce was very tasty on the chops and my mashed potatoes. Thank you for sharing!
