I made it, and it’s amazing! Definitely gonna make it many more times! Thank you for the wonderful recipe! I just got my multicooker recently and didn’t really know how to use it. Your videos are a saviour!
OMG LOUISE!! YOU DID IT AGAIN!! I made this tonight and it was a HUGE hit!! My hubby walked in the kitchen wondering what I was doing and he freaked out as he saw what I was doing , I Told him RELAX this is Louse’s recipe she won’t let me down!
These pork chops are the BEST I have ever had!! So tender you can cut with a fork. And the gravy tastes great. I made it just like you did. My chops were a little thicker than 1 inch so I pressure cooked on high for 35 minutes.
I just bought my first Ninja and discovered your channel, which I am advertising to all my friends! Thank you so much, amazing recipes and to the point, no pointless waffling ! 🙏🏻💕
My stove hasn't worked in 4 years. I have 2 Foodies and use them every day! I made a notebook of the recipes I use so I don't have to look them up again. Right Dien to hard boiled eggs! Perfect!
OMG!😳 While pork isn't my absolute favorite (as you know-except for that Mexican stew!)- THIS could be a new favorite of mine!!! This sounds like how my Grams used to make her pork roast! I can't wait to try this! I have a pork roast in the freezer I think I'll cut into chops and make this!! I don't usually make potatoes bc of the carbs, but...oh well. I'd usually want cauliflower mash...I think I'll do the potatoes first and ask you how to sub cauliflower later. But thanks so much for this one!! It's 'back pain' friendly!!! 💖💖 Luv ya as always!!
I don't really like pork chops either, but I do love them this way. They are so tender. You can do cauliflower mash, but I would put the cauliflower into a covered pan and leave the florets as large as possible.
I wouldn't adjust anything except the amount of pork and potatoes. You will end up with more gravy, but if you lower the amounts of liquid which are low to begin with you may end up getting the water or burn notice. The cooking time is the same no matter how many potatoes or pork chops you use. You can also refer to the written recipe article where I go over Frequently Asked Questions. I hope you love the recipe!
I love the way you cook. The pork chops & gravy look Devine. I can't wait to try. Like mushrooms too. Want to know where i csn purchsse the slow cooker combination pressure cooker, please. I need one as by myself older & make these meals that i can streatch for a few days or freeze. God Bless & thank you for sharing. Love your video. Very detailed.🎉😂❤
I use brown paper lunch bags instead of ziplocks. First, I’m 80+ years old, second, I continued how I had learned in the 1940’s (pre-plastic!) and the bags are biodegradable. HTH!
What a great way to make pork chops, gravy, and mashed potatoes in one pot. I make similar chops on the stove with sour cream, which I love. Would you add the sour cream after the pressure cooking is complete? Thanks for a good video.
I think if you mix it in, it might cause burning to the bottom. I know I've read many recipes where it's 'layer' the ingredients and 'do NOT mix in'. But I'm not 100% sure if burning is the reason not to mix in!
Perfect timing! I just picked up a package of porkchops at Sam's yesterday. They are bone in, though. Will that create a problem? Any changes? Can't wait to try this recipe! 😋
I wrote all that up in the written post on my website. I first tested with bone-in pork chops and they were about 1/2-3/4" thick and they fell apart in the 30 minute PC time, so I would lower that to about 20 minutes. They were still delicious, but it was a pain to sort through the gravy for the bones. The meat was more like shredded pork.
Hi Louise, these pork chops are always very juicy, of course, do NOT removed the fat part on the pork chops. If you they will be very dried up and not juicy at all. I am not sure why, I am not a food specialist, but the only time I removed the fat part they were far too dried up. Plus the gravy was not getting thick, I guess it was missing some fat to cling too. Of course, Louise I always love your many receipts, I love cooking, my husband love anything I cook for him, "yes we are a gay couple" Did you ever make an Irish stew? In your pressure cooker, if so please direct me to that episode. Thank you Louise.
So many pork chop recipes out there, and I have never had success with most of them. This one is IT!!!! Thank you!
Please let me know what you think!
I have done them differently with salsas but this one im gonna try love it❤
I just got a Ninja Foodi and made these pork chops as my first meal and first time using a pressure cooker. It was delicious!!!
thank you, great recipe, gonna try this
I hope you love it!
You explain things so well!
Trying this today. Looks amazing and love one pot cooking🎉

LOL! I can see why he would freak out a bit, I'm sure he thought the pork chops would be tough, yet they aren't! I'm so glad you both liked them!
My Ninja and you are a great combination. ❤
Thank you so much!

FANTASTIC , thank you Louise . I find pork chops difficult to get right. So little washing to.
Made this last night, sooo good!!!
I’m trying in the next couple days! Yum ! Thanks Louise!!
OMG, thank you Louise. I have never had good luck doing pork chops in my pressure cookers. Can't wait to try this.
I hope you love them!
Hey, ya gotta put some gravy on them spuds! 🤣 looks delicious. This is a good dish to try for the family.
Argh, just saw this thumbnail image at 3am here in the UK, now I'm hungry! lol
Your recipe video made me happy 😊 thank you 🙏
Can't wait to try this. I make something similar in a pan on the stove. So I am very excited about this one. You and Jeff have a great week.❤

@@Dzon-Piplfoks.Zvani-zvono. I learned a ton from Louise!
I love pork chops, but I haven’t make them in so long. Looks like it’s time to make some and I can’t wait to try your recipe!
I hope you love them!
Y
This recipe looks so good, trying this soon.
I hope you love it!
In the UK this is a favourite but often with a little Port or Madeira stirred in before you make the gravy. Yum 😋

This looks great @Louise
Thank you!
Been waiting for this recipe! Thank you 🙏
Can't wait to give these a try! How do I need to adjust if doing just 4 pork chops and 1/2 the amount of potatoes?
I wouldn't adjust anything except the amount of pork and potatoes. Yes, I would add the sour cream after pressure cooking.
Another winner! I just have one question: Why put the flour in a layer on top instead of mixing it into the liquid from the start?
I think if you mix it in, it might cause burning to the bottom. I know I've read many recipes where it's 'layer' the ingredients and 'do NOT mix in'. But I'm not 100% sure if burning is the reason not to mix in!

Looks great. But I don't have an intant pot.
can I leave the potatoes out and just pressure cooked the pork chops for the same amount of time
Absolutely!
I like my potatoes with a little texture "lumps".
Hi Louise, these pork chops are always very juicy, of course, do NOT removed the fat part on the pork chops. If you they will be very dried up and not juicy at all. I can’t get my ninja pressure cooker to pressure cook. I’ve checked and cleaned everything I don’t know what to do
Take apart your Anti-Clog Cap and clean it good and reinstall it. Clean your float valve good too. When my Ninja was new it did the same thing.
You married?
Yes, she is. Her husband is on some videos with her... I think maybe on Tuesdays. They do a live show.
