One side of the card has his ingredients for ease of shopping. This saves him issues from eating too much over-the-road foods.
Wow that is really awesome of you. He eats healthy, doesnt have to find places to park his truck and eat and as a bonus every time he makes one of your meals he thinks about how much you care for him.
This is such a neat concept. Thank you for sharing. My husband and I work together and I am in love with my instant pot. I always cooked everything from scratch. This saves sooooo much time. I get to enjoy my family more.

I just made the burrito bowl dish. It turned out great! I added a small piece of a canned chipotle pepper for a bit of heat, along with some red, green and yellow peppers. Served it with shredded cheese, taco sauce, sour cream and tortilla chips. Thanks!

Hi Julia, I kinda used the basis of your recipe to make a multi veggie (with chicken broth for added flavour) soup. I added chopped onions, celery, zucchini, eggplant, carrots and broccoli. I added half and half cream for the creaminess, lots of seasonings and some mushed-up overcooked pearl barley instead of the corn starch slurry to make it thicker and healthier. I did it all in the IP and it turned out AWESOME....even I was shocked! LOL! The family loved it....and had no idea how many veggies I stuck in there! The next day I added shredded chicken and that made it even more heartier. Thanks for all your quick recipes. I love watching them and adding my own twist to them. And your Brimley is most adorable 😍🙏🏼💖

I was the same way about using the IP! Your recipes look yummy. Chopping carrots as you did for the broccoli soup so clever. It was like “why didn’t I think of that?”. FYI: I have used frozen broccoli in the soup recipe and comes out great. I recently made a cheesecake, first ever, in IP. Came out perfect-velvety smooth, beautiful. As always thank you for the recipes. Your little one is adorable - just like her momma!

Just got an instant pot for Christmas and the chicken chili is the first recipe I made. It was a major hit. The fam gobbled it down and are begging me to make it again!

I was the same way about using the IP! Your recipes look yummy. Chopping carrots as you did for the broccoli soup so clever. It was like “why didn’t I think of that?”. FYI: I have used frozen broccoli in the soup recipe and comes out great. I recently made a cheesecake, first ever, in IP. Came out perfect-velvety smooth, beautiful. As always thank you for the recipes. Your little one is adorable - just like her momma!
