Thanks for the comment! I'd probably bring the OKC Hunt Plus since it doubles as an all-around outdoor knife and a kitchen knife. If I could take another one in addition, it would either be a fillet knife or my Spyderco Paramilitary - depending on how much fishing I expect to do! Cheers,
