TJ gets the award for the best supporting role of the 73Q Series
He’s the best baby ever
New question, what is a personality trait medicine gave you?
@@Diidiiiia ooooooo i like that

I would like if you could ask what kind of practice do they want after training... private, private within a group, hospital, large hospital, small community etc. If private, how much thought should they give to how entrepreneurial they are - they will be having to run a business - business courses ??
Love seeing a Black woman physician! Black maternal health is so important. And TJ is a rockstar, just like his mom! :)
Just noticed she is black just now by seeing your comment. My brain just processed her as human. I'm proud of myself.
@@workaholickidney3634 yes yes! That's what I thought...high time we need to stop labeling people as Black, white, brown
Gosh can u shut up
@@workaholickidney3634 ohhhh u don’t see color 😂😂 okkkkk
Agreed. Happy to see a black physician. There isn’t many out there.
She's a great doctor and saw me in the OB ER when she was very pregnant herself! Thanks for your awesome care and TJ could not be more adorbs! ♥️
I could listen to her talk all day, I like how she's so clear and concise while still be entertaining. Also she didn't say umm a single time!
she did say umm a couple times but her voice is really lovely
White people have a sick obsession with remarking about how we talk. Clear concise and entertaining??? Keep it to yourself.
@@oliviaw3049you too
As a daughter who’s mom is a social worker, she works her ass off and fights for her patients everyday. Thank you❤️
As a future Physician who wants to specialize in OB/GYN I thank you. She has giving me so much hope and little trinkets that I don't think she even realizes. I wish I could connect with her to just get advice. I am glad I stumbled on your channel I love what you are doing with the questions and you get straight to the point. Great job keep the videos coming!
glad you found it helpful :) and best of luck in your medical training journey
@@NDMD thank you!
im only 15 but this has been my dream career for a while and she settled so many doubts i had 😌
@crishunna d. you are already on the right path by doing your research...you got this!
Lil TJ knocked out like he had a long day at work 😂😂💕 and omg I love seeing black American doctors, it’s so inspirational.
Just started medical school last week! ☺️ Not sure what specialty I’m interested in but seeing this representation makes me happy.
All the best Lexy!!!
Congratulations, black woman !
i’m so proud of you ❤️ i know you worked extremely hard to get there!
Update: passed my 1st semester 🙏🏽 just started my 2nd semester 😭 it’s hard out here but someway somehow I am still here lol
@@lexywithay7768 that’s great so proud!! would u say it was harder or easier than u expected?
I love that you didn’t ask her questions like “how do you balance being a mom and a doctor”😭😭
she is so pretty
She answered the questions very well, she's well rounded and mature
Minority population's inherent mistrust in the medical establishment is absolutely a major barrier to healthcare, as well social workers are a pivotal bridge between patients and physicians to be able to receive equitable and timely treatment for any disease. Dr. Bullard raised two absolutely cogent points.
Blacks are not a minority. In the US, yes. But worldwide, there is over 1 billion blacks.
@@RicardoMartinez-mw2so LAST TIME I CHECKED this video is in America and outside of America they aren't Black. African, etc aren't blk American. Try again
@@ColoradoFalls there’s not just black people in the US. if you mean black americans then yeah obviously, but this person likely means worldwide. their statement is flawed.
I am really waiting for 73 questions with a psychiatrist
patienceeee already have one lined up but he's really busy, trust me with who it's with...it'll be worth the wait
@@NDMD thank you so much! We appreciate it.
@@NDMD thank you! curious to see that one. also the one with a neurosurgeon when possible :) :)
They would start questioning you. Asking you WHY you were asking the questions.
@@NDMD yayyy... I'm anticipating that so much
She’s so pretty and that baby is so not fussy.
#FINALLY Someone who looks like me.
Racist much? She looks like everyone cause she’s human
@@sammitchell7310you clearly don’t know what representation in the medical field?
@@sammitchell7310 very MUCH "I dont see color" please mam or sir pleaseeeeeeeeee thats dangerous
@@sammitchell7310 That's not racist. That's someone of a particular background finding joy in another member of that background being represented in a specific field, where not much showcasing OF that representation is done. Stop being weird.
@@sammitchell7310 color blindness is not helpful at all. See color, accept it, and know that it is good.
That is the cutest baby ever! It's really nice to see WOC
Loving that a black female is shown in a positive light. Especially in these times. And T.J. is an amazing baby and so cute!! I hope this is seen by lots of people.
Yep he just sitting there like that’s my mom, ok , let me take a nap now.
Finally! I’ve been waiting for a doctor to say they appreciate the nurses and social workers on their care team. Truly shows what an amazing doctor she is :)
I love her social worker answer. I was in the ER a few weeks ago and got to see the social worker at work. They really do make wonders happen.
She’s so brilliant and professional sounding. And her baby falling asleep mid dinner is So precious!!! lol
Omg she shouted out the social worker! Finally appreciated !!
she contributed to my motivation to work hard so that I can apply to med school
17:12 her answer to the question about medical field not an easy route…. I resonate with her answer. I’m in my ob/gyn posting right now & while it’s fun with the patient, the things we have to learn are tough 😮💨 1 more year before i can finally graduate & start practicing!
TJ is like "y'all can talk all you want I'll brb..." Too precious & Dr. is truly Superwoman!
coffee
Could you do a 73 questions with a neonatalogist maybe one day? would love to learn more about that field!
good idea! added to the list
I loved her answers! She’s so charming and her son is way too cute back there sleeping like he’s the Doctor lol🤍
Thank you so much for creating this. It’s really encouraging to see physicians who look like me .Your content is incredible and I can’t wait to see more.
thank you so much :)
That baby is so chilled 😂🥰
As an M4 applying to Ob/Gyn I love this!! (And I also wanted to be a fashion designer when I was younger lol) Great interview and s/o TJ - such a cutie chunky baby!!
Great job, black woman!
As someone who is working to enter the field of Women’s health at a Nursing level, I love to see passionate women entering the field. We need people who want to advocate for women and offer the most informed and diverse array of care to meet all women’s needs. This girl is a rockstar!
I'm so glad that she mentioned social workers. They are incredible assets to a hospital
Love her and love that she brought up social workers and nurses and we LOVE TJ!
She’s a good mom too while juggling this interview and her job
I am also an ob/gyn resident. And she suits so well, her personality 💯👌
TJ is so adorable omg! That’s what I do when I don’t like something to eat TJ I just fall asleep like oh well. 😍♥️
Im only 15 but I reallyyyy wanna do this profession!! It’s so beautiful, especially as a woman. This or sports medicine !
I'm 15 too and a junior I can't wait to apply for bsmd
@@tiwaanawo816 me too! but a sophomore i heard those programs are extremely competitive hopefully we will get in ❤️
I’m 16 and want to pursue in OB/GYN as well. It’s nice to see other female Gen Z’s interested in this field!!
I loved this episode! She is an amazing physician you can tell she cares about her patients.
I love how serious she is!
did anyone notice TJ stopped crying as soon as she walked into the kitchen
Currently revising for my exams and this has motivated so much! Such an inspiring woman 🤩🤩
Love this! She is so beautiful and thoughtful. The baby is like "mom, focus I want my food!"
Omg I couldn’t take it with TJs cuteness
TJ!! What a beautiful little nugget. Have a good sleep little dude.
What a great lady. She is right about how the black community has been treated, especially black pregnant women. She is a definitely a breath of fresh air.
this woman is a true inspiration, i’m a nursing student and hoping to be in OB. Thanks for the video!
Heyy I just want to say I loved this video and enjoyed it so much! I’m a junior in high school and I take school very serious and my career is wanting to be an OBGYN . I love to learn about the woman body and it’s also important. To see a Sister of color doing the field that I want to go after is everything to me we have many of African Americans in that career field but we can have plenty more! To also hear her say she attended a college in Nashville where I want to go to college is also everything! This is inspiration to me I can’t wait to start my journey I know it’s going to be a long ride but I Got This! Great interview!✨🙏🏻🤎
Some of the best medical/medical school content on the tube. Question for you, do you have any older, nontraditional students in your class? I always wonder how someone of your age (I assume ~22-24) as well as your resident doctors and physicians, feel about working with older students ages 35-40? Would be great to see 73q with one of these students if possible. Either way, keep up the great work!
i do have a couple students in my class in their early 30s but i typically don't even see them as that! I feel like it would be the same way with how physicians interact with them. it's all about the student understanding they are still a student and accepting the role of a learner.
But you can't even tell the difference between someone who's in their early to mid 30s and someone in their mid or late 20s nowadays.
Omg I love TJ 💕💕 such a good baby!! 🧿Great interview
I loved this! She inspires me, she looks like a determined, confident doctor. Well rounded for sure. ❤
omg finally! this is the specialty i want to get into when i get older!
yoooooo OMG 16:36 when she said we wanted to become a fashion designer then lawyer then doctor i was shooketh bc i wanted to become all of thoseeeee brooo in the same order ! MIND BLOWN.
What’s her UA-cam channel? She’s highly intelligent and driven. She could be a role model for so many.
As a premed, I love this series
Omg when that precious baby just fell asleep in his high chair 😍😍
She's great and the baby sleeping is so sweet. 🥺💚
Great video Andy! Please continue to feature a diverse array of physicians! As a veterinarian, I love seeing these perspectives from my counterparts in the human medical field.
funny enough i was asked to do one of these interviews with a veterinarian and i responded that I would have no idea what questions to ask about animal medicine 😂 but glad to hear you enjoy the videos :)
@@NDMD All of your regular 73 questions would definitely work!
I’ve just watched 3 of these in a row and I think it’s so interesting that the “how would you change medicine right now?” were all about access.
SHE IS GORGEOUS OMG
She is amazing, and he is absolutely precious. ♥️
As a black MS1, I loved this, you’ve gained a subscriber. Also she’s awesome!
She has such a strong personality! Love it
Really love those reflective questions and answers w/ each interviews! Watching from South Africa, also in 2nd year med!
hope the interviews have been helpful :)
THE EXCELLENCE LOVE TO SEE IT ‼️🙌🏾
I love ur confidence.... Great works Doc.
I love how simple her house is
I'm applying OB this cycle! loved this video
Great interview and parenting skills…you did an amazing job!!!

TJ stole the show 😍
Love the thankfulness/shout out for social workers! 🙌🏼 So much hard work and often overlooked and not appreciated as much!
Please do 73 questions with cardiologist 🙌🏻

The baby falling asleep in the background 😩❤️😍
Ahh I’ve been waiting for this thank you!!
She is damn confident MashaAllah
Love this! Thank you for doing this! I aspire to become an OB/GYN when I am older.
What a calm baby
The baby fell asleep.....so sweat and so peaceful...😍😍😍
I love these videos! Could you interview an Oncology resident?
still looking for one!
Oncology is not a residency, it is a fellowship.
@@NDMD Great, hope you find one then!💪🏻
@@Vazcov1609 You are right, thank you for correcting me!😬
I love how the baby just falls asleep in the middle of the interview
I saw you on Married to Medicine!! I said “where did I see this lady before?? Oh yeah! UA-cam!”
right! Same
Same here!! I knew she looked so familiar
ayeee I’m a pre med student at vandy rn! cool to see someone from my school in my fave specialty! had to subscribe
I'm currently in PA school and I strongly considered Orthopedics going in. This interview definitely has me considering women's health. I appreciate this interview! She dismantled any bias beliefs I thought about ob/gyn.
Not even in the medical field and I love this
The mortality for Black and brown women giving birth is so much higher than white women, so it's great to see a successful, bright, young Black woman who is dedicated to this great cause.
We need more black women OBGYN thank you 🙏🏾
Enjoyed this episode! Dr. Bullard comes across as very personable I enjoyed hearing her answer the questions!
I follow this beautiful doc on ig --when I recognized her face I instantly clicked ❤️🔥❤️❤️❤️🥳🙏🏾
She has a cool demeanor and confidence that I admire
Awesome! Would love to see you do one of these with a PA!
Yes! Like obgyn pa I really wanna compare the two some more!
