Another fantastic useful video, Annie! I have my task reminders everywhere - post its, in my calendar, on my phone and random slips of paper. I love the idea of the reoccurring task list. It’s just so practical and allows my brain to stop trying to remember everything all the time! Another fave! Thank you!
As always, great video. Can you read minds? I thought about creating an insert for me with the reoccuring tasks listed to put into any future planner just yesterday.Maybe yearly and quarterly (or rather seasonal) to stick on a page and weekly/daily laminated to cross of and re-use. Not sure yet.
this is so helpful!! definitely going to try this idea out. I have a small to do book in my purse but I don't check it often, I only use it when I'm out and think of things. this would be much more helpful to use in my regular planner
I use this master list of tasks like a reference when I am setting up my planner for the month, week, day, etc. I will add in the applicable tasks to the planner setup for that month/week/day and then tick them off when complete from there.
I want to do something like this, but I'm trying to figure out a way where I can do it but check things off on it, temporarily, that way I'm not rewriting the same lists over and over, like for shopping or tasks like this, etc.

Thank you for sharing your great ideas. Now I won't forget my recurring tasks in my daily to-do list. :)
Love this!! I will start working on mine today.

That's actually very useful. Thanks for sharing 😊
A great video with great ideas! “Oh Crap” is my middle name. You’d think I’d be more organized like this with all the planners I have …. Haha
Mine are called "Routines" and their in a doc on my computer. Take aways: use your washi and use the list.
Hi where did you get the purple sticker?
These are the cutest little sticky note stickers from an Etsy Shop: I Luv 2 Print. You can find them here: tidd.ly/3zfrQAH
How do you actually tick them off as you´ve completed a task ? If you don't want to transfer them to each day/week , but use the lists as they are ?

Make a master list and run it thru a laminator machine.use wipe off markers for the check off boxes.

You could make copies and tape one in each week/day.
@@PlanningAnnie that's not a bad idea, I might just do that, thank you 😊

Waste my time for the stickers. 🙄
